Almost everything! The staff were great - Marco, Lucrezia, and especially Antonella! They were all so helpful and respectful and each went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The morning breakfast was simple and amazing. The room was EXTREMELY CLEAN and nice, with ample space for our luggage. Antonella was EXCELLENT at cleaning and restocking and extremely helpful with discovering Rome. The beds were comfortable, and basically everything was amazing. It was also incredibly close to the Vatican and within walking distance to great restaurants, which the staff recommended, and the city center of Rome. Super cute and accessible!

The only complaint we had was the shower, which due to practical reasons could not generate enough hot water for consecutive hot showers for three people. You have to wait a bit for the water to heat up. Besides this small detail, everything was amazing!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Marco was truly exceptional – incredibly helpful, responsive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. He provided us with detailed information, excellent restaurant recommendations, and was happy to answer all our questions. He even went above and beyond to help us in an unexpected situation, which we deeply appreciated. Thanks to his kindness and professionalism, our stay in this cozy place was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for more – we’ll definitely be back! Strongly recommended!

Marco was wonderful and friendly. He helped us with everything we needed. The room was big and clean mostly. Location is great - it's a sub 10 minute walk from the Vatican, and close to a train station and a bus station. It's a bit far from the city center but totally worth it. We felt welcome. My blanket was a bit small, but when I asked Marco for a replacement I got one immediately. We really liked this place and we recommend it to others!

Everything was great! Nothing bad really. One of the towels was dirty, but that's a bit unfair of me to say because I didn't inform the host about it. I'm sure that if I had, he would've replaced it immediately.

We weren't quite sure what to expect with a property located right next to a train station, but it turned out to be an unexpected delight! The space was comfortable, enjoyable, and friendly, making us feel right at home. The self-serve kitchen was a great feature, offering tea, cereal, and bread for toast, which made it easy for us to have breakfast before heading out for the day and snacks afterwards. Each room had a pitcher of milk, some cheese, and some hard-meat on a shelf for each room, adding to the convenience. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Good location, near the train station. The journey from Fiumicino Airport takes around 50 minutes. When you get off the train, take the platform between lines three and four to the passage and exit on the left, right in front of the property. There are bus stops nearby, from where you can reach the metro and other areas in a few minutes. San Pietro square can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are cleaned every day. Towels are changed once every three days. The rooms are on the first floor. Breakfast is fine. It is a very good location as a starting point for Rome attractions, especially for a City Break.

It's a very well equipped place, with clear rules and a good management. Clean rooms, a rather basic but decent breakfast. Easy communication with the host, well located, especially if the Vatican is a priority in your trip.

It's not uncommon in Europe, but the two single beds side by side can be awkward to sleep on, if you are travelling with someone you don't usually sleep close. The trash bin in the toilet could have had a lid instead of being an open one.

Really cute place and great location for getting to the Vatican and all the other sights! The apartment was cleaned each day and everyone I interacted with were delightful.

My only complaint is that the room was advertised as non-smoking, however, guests were allowed to smoke on the shared balcony which meant that smoke entered the room. The cleaners also smoked inside while cleaning the apartment. Might not be a deal-breaker for everyone, but had I known ahead of time it would have been a deal-breaker for me!

Marco was a wonderful host. He was waiting by the street when we got there. Which is important, since the "B&B" is really a converted 3 bedroom apartment with no sign on the outside of the building. For this reason, it is helpful to have working data on your phone when you arrive so you can be in touch with them. But with Marco's warm welcome and introduction to the B&B, we had a great stay. Breakfast is waiting for you to serve yourself in the morning whenever is convenient for you, which we appreciated. Nothing fancy but more than adequate. The location was good, only 5ish minutes walk to St. Peters. Good restaurants nearby. Very quiet. Very clean and well organized.

My only complaint is that the bed was too hard.

The B&B is in a good location just next to Vatican, though you have to look for it carefully from the street. The area has plenty of restaurants to visit until you feel like you want to explore Rome further. The room we stayed in was a good size for the three of us and had a bathroom with shower. Extra single bed was a good size and fitted just fine.The room was cleaned every day and the coffee and breakfast pastries topped up. B&B is pet friendly for a really small extra cost and we had a small dog with us - remember to inform the owners in advance though

The TV is really small, but then again we didn't use it anyway.

Simone, our host, was extremely kind and thoughtful. My daughter and I follow a vegan diet and he was worried initially that we would go hungry! But he arranged for a daily supply of coffee, vegan croissants, soya milk, fruit and juice. It was perfect. Our room was cleaned daily. It was immaculate. The Passaggiete is in a residential area opposite San Pietro train station. Getting there from the airport was very easy. There is a fruit and veg shop close by, as well as several restaurants that were always busy from breakfast onwards. We were only 5 minutes walk away from St Peter’s Square and 20-30 minutes walk away from Trastevere, Piazza Navona, Piazza Di Spagna and the colosseum. So the location was fantastic. For us, walking around Rome was the best way to see Rome but there is an excellent bus service from San Pietro and the surrounding areas. Our flight out of Rome was early morning and too early for the train service from San Pietro. So we walked through St Peter’s Square and took a shuttle bus from near Piazza Venezia at 5am. But you could always arrange a taxi and if your flight is later, take the train. We had a perfect stay and would definitely recommend Passaggiete to others. Simone was very attentive and a perfect host.
