The concierge was very helpful and supported us with the need to stay an extra night. The room was a good size, and the rooftop bar was a bonus. The kitchen staff ensured we all had breakfast and did their utmost to accommodate a busy breakfast area. Clean towels each day in the room, and the bed was made every day. There is a mini fridge in the room to store your own refreshments. The location is excellent for the train and bus services, to central Rome and the beach, and if you dont mind a walk, the Vatican is within a 20-minute stroll, where you will pass local restaurants, gelato sellers, tabbaconists and pharmacist. everything you need for a trip to Rome!

The room was dusty, specifically on the top of the wardrobe and under the bed, which caused some issues with asthma and allergies. The toliet roll and beverages were not replenished unless we caught the cleaner and asked for them, we could have asked the concierge, I guess. The shower tray and lower tiles in the shower cubicle, require a deep clean and resealing.

Location- *Perfect location if you’re planning to visit St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museum. St. Peter’s Basilica is around 10-15 mins walk. It’s perfect if you want to roam around St. Peter’s Square at night. * There is a nice restaurant just beside the hotel. * There are cafes nearby. * The pharmacy is just a 5-min walk away. * Great Transport links- St Peter Station (for Trenitalia Railway in which you can go to Roma Termini with only 3 stops away. This station also serves regional trains i.e- Pisa). Ottaviano Station is also about 15-20 mins walk and allows you to use the Metro Line. Bus stops are also very close to this hotel. * There is a Carrefour Express nearby if you need some items from a supermarket. There is also a bigger supermarket as well which is about 30 minutes walk or 3-mins train ride from St. Peter Station. It is located in a mall called “Aura”. Cleanliness- They clean the room daily! The room is visibly clean. Good Facilities- Has a shower + bath. Bidet. Tea/coffee station, wardrobe, safe, TV, and a big bed! There is a balcony which would be very good if you want to smoke/have some fresh air. Buffet Breakfast- Saves you a lot of money, especially if you wanna load up for a long day in preparation for walking around the City Centre. Affordable- compared to other hotels in the area, the price is quite cheaper. Helpful staff :)

It’s not that I don’t like these things but probably some rooms for improvement: * Probably need a bit of modernisation- the electrical sockets, unlike other hotels, can only accommodate EU/Italy plug. No need to worry though as the staff will lend you an adapter with a deposit of 5 euros. They’ll return the deposit once you give the adapter back to them. * Limited choices for breakfast buffet- Can’t really complain though as with an affordable hotel price, they still manage to provide buffet breakfast. It probably might be better to have an alternate menu rather than always having egg and sausage daily for the hot food option.

We reserved the junior suite, for the view, the terrace, the balcony and the spacious. It was amazing and extremely comfortable. Even though, the lighting was missing, we were able to have a natural light from all the windows and doors we have. Location was excellent! Easy access to train station and buses. Food was excellent and the staff very helpful.

The safety and privacy of the balcony was an issue to be able to keep the blinds open at night. Other rooms had access to the balcony if they wishes to be in it from an exit door. Luckily we were able to enjoyed as we never had anyone step outside.

We had the best sleep here! Location is great for Vatican and is an easy walk to bus stops to be in the heart of Rome

The breakfast isn’t great and not much variety. If you have allergies/intolerances there isn’t much for you to eat at all There was water leaking from somewhere behind the wall in the bathroom, it has caused water damage to the door frame. On check out day we had a knock on the door at 10 one of the cleaners was asking when we would be leaving as check out is 10. Despite the information given to me being 11 she still said it was 10. The back of the door and reception said 11. That was frustrating to feel rushed out, maybe because we were on the 1st floor and they wanted to start with all of the 1st floor first. I don’t know but she was very standoffish

The location is a 10 minute walk from the st Peter basilica and it is very well connected by public transport to other parts of the city. The hotel had a decent breakfast, however people with intolerances might find the choice to be too narrow. The room is a good size and has everything you need.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. Some dust was on the floor and the shower should be renewed and there were some mineral residues on the tiles.

Breakfast in the form of a buffet (smorgasbord). Rooms clean and cleaned daily. Excellent starting point for visiting the Vatican, the Castle of San Angelo and Trastevere. It takes about 17 minutes to walk to St Peter's Square. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. On the first day we were given a room with one bed instead of two. The next day our luggage was moved to the correct room. Thank you!

There is a construction going on in the neighbouring plot, which means that after 7am you can hear the noises accompanying the work. For those who want to sleep longer this can be a bit annoying. We got plenty of sleep despite this.

Room was spacious, very clean, air conditioned , the toilet had a guarantee notice that it had been sanitized previously. Water was soft, shower cap and soap and clean , fresh smelling towels were provided. There is a kettle in room to make a hot cup of tea. Breakfast was beautifully served. There was a buffet of a wide array of fresh fruits, fruit juice, a choice of yogurt, cakes, bread, scrambled eggs, sausage, and a coffee machine to select the type of tea. Location is excellent for one wishing to tour the Vatican city which is within walk-able distance. The area is surrounded by a number of restaurants, super market, shopping areas and is about 10 mins walk from Train station.

Air conditioner in room was rather too cold for me and could not be adjusted. There was no iron/ironing board to press creased clothes. The shower closet doors were not well aligned, need some fixing to prevent water seeping to the ground during the showering process.

Handy 3 mins walk to S.Pietro main train station / buses 62 &64 & taxi rank ( not good with heavy suitcases). 15+ mins walk down to Vatican etc. Many well priced eateries around (ask for locals menu). Small handy Carrefour supermarket around corner. Great roof terrace bar (yes with that St Peter’s dome view!) but bar was not running - but staff said ok to use it with own drinks. Breakfast better than expected. Altogether a decent option for ordinary folk.

Shower cubicle is tight. Note fridge & kettle use same wall plug. Few tatty edges but nothing major.

The room was nice and clean. There are very friendly guys at the reception desk, ready to help. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the Vatican, and the train station is nearby as well. There is a bar on the rooftop with a perfect view of St. Peter's Basilica. The breakfast was also very good. I was very satisfied. There are two restaurants close to the hotel, as well as magazines.

I was pleased with everything. Nothing to complain about.

The location is within walking distance of St. Peter's. You can see St. Peter's dome from your windows. The interior of the hotel was excellent, clean and modern. Everything worked. The room was spacious. Breakfast was well worth the price. Once we figured out the bus system transportation was a breeze. There's a market for the locals that is convenient and low priced. The hotel is a good value.

Windows at the hotel and on many of the buildings in the area have metal electric shutters. You can open and shut them from inside your room. This is to protect your windows look out onto a terrace. Like most showers it Italy, the shower floor is slick. You need to be careful not to fall down.
