The place is in a perfect location. It’s an easy ride from Termini Station — just take bus 64 to the St. Peter’s Piazza stop (about 30 minutes), followed by a 5–7 minute walk. The B&B itself is ideally situated, only a short walk from St. Peter’s Square, right in the heart of the Vatican area. Considering the location, it offers excellent value for money. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The property is clean and features a well-equipped kitchen, fridge, and even a vending machine. The male host who prepared breakfast most days was always polite, smiling, and quick to serve. On our last day, however, breakfast was handled by a woman who was noticeably slower — we had to ask for eggs, wait quite a while for coffee, even though there were only four people waiting. The room was spacious, had a balcony, a comfortable bed, and was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom, and we had access to the kitchen, kettle, and other amenities.

The room was comfortable overall, and we had a pleasant stay. However, in Room 1 there was a step up from the bathroom floor to the area with the toilet, sink, and shower. While this wasn’t an issue for me personally, I was concerned about my mum, who is older, and often uses the toilet during the night. I felt a bit anxious that she might trip or fall. For guests with limited mobility or older adults, this design could be challenging and potentially unsafe.

Rooms were very separate. Felt like apartments more than a b&b. The lovely people who run Armonie were so accommodating and so kind they can also cater to any dietary requirements

The bedroom and the bathroom were clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast is very nice. The location is really close to Vatican City and other Rome attractions are easy to access with a single bus trip.

The receptionist was not available when we checked in so we had to be moved to other B&B owned by the same owner, although it's still within the same street. The property might be a little hard to find since there's no sign and apparently within a residential building, so the noise can be unpredictable. The entrance door to the B&B is also a bit hard to open with the key (jammed).

Wonderful hotel, we had only positive impressions! I would especially like to thank Dress (apologies if I spelled the name incorrectly) — he was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any question. On the day of our departure, he even prepared an early breakfast for us, which we really appreciated. Such a warm welcome and great care for the guests — we will definitely come back again!

Amazing property and the host. Big thanks to Dris for everything – kindly waiting for us when we had an unexpected train delay, preparing breakfast every morning, keeping the facility spotless and even packing us a breakfast on the day of departure. The location is great; even if it is far from subway, bus stations are close (2-5 mins) and the Vatican is literally 5 min walk away. The area is safe. Absolutely great value. I cannot wait to be back and highly recommend it.

Dreas (hope that’s correct spelling) was the staff member who met us at check-in and sorted out the breakfast each day and kept the whole place sparkling clean. He is really friendly and can sort out just about anything for you, he’s an absolute brilliant guy. The whole accommodation is spotlessly clean and you get an ample breakfast each morning that will tide you over til mid afternoon. Location is fine and just close enough to be local to attractions & far enough away from the clamour of the city centre. You cannot go wrong here, it’s reasonably priced & spotlessly clean, after all you’re only here to put your head down, then shower & go again. Highly recommend it, will definitely be back.

Nothing everything was perfect.

The location was great. San Pietro Station is about 5-7 mins walk, slightly hilly but fine. And various bus stops nearby, however buses are not as frequent. Bus 62, which starts and ends at the San Pietro station, is a good way to get to some of the main attractions. The station is left out of the property, and about 5 mins walk straight down. The property is behind the vatican city, 10-15 mins walk. It's just around the corner of a lot of cafes and restaurants. Edriss was great, helpful, and hard working. The breakfast was basic but good enough. The room was large and clean and was cleaned every day. The air conditioning and WiFi were v good.

The shower in the room was unsafe. I almost slipped and could have fallen. It's very small and has sliding doors and is on a higher level, so if you need assistance getting down, it's not easy as there is nothing solid to hold on to and if you made a wrong move, you could easily fall out through the doors. The property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. The lift is v small, definitely not wheelchair friendly.

Excellent communication right from the start of reservation booking. The team was welcoming, very helpful, friendly and the breakfast hospitality was great. We were offered help with an airport transfer and the taxi drivers were very friendly, professional and punctual. I would book it again. 😀

Everything was surprising starting from the beginning.. This place is located near Vatican, close to bus stations and minimarkets and surrounded by nice and cosy restaurants. We walked most of the time, but there are several bus lines that leave you almost in front of the B&B. The room was comfortable, warmy and very clean. Cleaning was done every day and towels were changed every 2 days. The breakfast wasn't so various, but we liked it, it was simple and the host made us every day a great coffee and cappuccino. Cheers! They have the possibility to store the luggages if needed. Also the host recommended us some restaurants for New Year's Eve dinner. For sure we will stay here if we will be back in Rome sometime and we recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay in a safe area near the city center.
