The location of this property is excellent as it is only a few minutes walk to the Vatican. It is located on a quiet street. We got the 62/64 bus to and from the centre of Rome, as the bus stop is only a few minutes walk from the B&B which was great after a long day sight-seeing. Greta is so nice and very helpful & informative; she gave us the required information to check in and got back promptly when we asked her questions. Our room was very clean, the bed and pillows really comfortable - we had a great nights sleep as it was very quiet the whole time we were there; the tea & coffee facilities are placed on a table outside our bedroom door, in the small hallway but that did not bother us at all - the vouchers for breakfast (tea/coffee & a pastry) is such a good idea! As there is a small fridge in the room too, we bought a few things in the supermarket (a 4 minute stroll from the front of the B&B). We would recommend this cosy B&B. We had a lovely stay.

The location, the room were both very favourable for a couple looking to visit Rome and its most famous sights. The breakfast was very yummy, but arriving late at the place might lessen the variety of goods.

The doors soundproofing could be improved, you could hear all the other doors closing in the bb.

Nice and clean room with everything what you need to enjoy the eternal city. Just a few meters from Vatican. Greta, B&B employee is the kindest person met in Rome, very supportive and helpful. Excelent place to stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked well. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The woman at the desk was very helpful with information and offering suggestions. Great location and close to the pedestrian streets.

The streets are very narrow and drivers are crazy so you need to be careful. Finding parking is almost impossible.

The location is excellent. It was very clean, no unpleasant smell or mold. Comfortable bed, enough space.

Very cold floor, so you definitely need slippers that are not provided. Room 103 is above the entrance, so you can hear banging door all the time.

This was a great find. Excellent location. The room was basic but well decorated and had everything you need. The real jewel in the crown was the host Greta. Always on the end of the line and very helpful. The welcome booklet if full of useful information and there’s even a little mini bar.

The walls are paper thin, so much so you can hear the neighbours snoring and worse.

- It's a good location. About 15-20mins walk to St. Peter's Square. - Very close to train station and shop very close.

- The Italian breakfast (1 Croissant & 1 cup of coffee) was not satisfying. No juice nor even water or milk. - The liquid soap dispenser was broken. - The dustbin wasn't emptied during our stay

Everything was amazing. The host was nice and helpful whenever we needed. Location is great- close to the Vatican but also close to main bus lines. The entrance by code was very useful. We had breakfasts in the restaurant nearby- delicious.

the only thing I can complain is view from the window, but it is nothing compares to all conveniences.

Value for money

Could have told us on web site to catch surface train from central station, on line to certivecia this gave a stop a few hundred yards from property, the underground station is a kilometre or mor away, over cobblestone not good for suitcases
