The breakfast is milk, yogurt, croissant, cereals. There’s a super market across the street, we bought groceries there and made dinner in the kitchen.

Finding out the location was a big challenge due to language issues and the poor internet access on the mobile phone. It took us more than an hour to get inside our room, many phone calls and asking people nearby for help. I recommend the host to provide better information to the exact access method 2 days before arriving. Also the first night we had very noisy guests in the other room of our unit, they got a party going beyond midnight! The B&B is actually like Airbnb in the United States, not a typical Bed and Breakfast we thought. It’s an apartment in a residential building complex. When we got there, we were looking for a big hotel name sign, which is no clear to be seen. That got us in panic. There’s a big gap between expectations and reality.

The room was large and attractive with antiques and an old wardrobe, desk and sofa. Bathroom was plenty of size. It was nice to share a small kitchen and every morning they had fresh croissants and other options for breakfast. I loved having a refrigerator and freezer available to us. Fabio and the cleaner, Micah, were fabulous. It was located very near several restaurants and we felt safe the entire time.

Water pressure could have been better but it was good enough. It was very close to all the Vatican area but a bit further from other areas like the Colosseum, Monti, Trevi Fountain and other must-see areas. We certainly got our steps in each day, maxing at 26k one day!

The location was perfect. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to Vatican City and attractions. Close to main bus lines which you could take to visit the centre of Rome. Supermarket and Restaurants are nearby. We also walked up the Gianicolo Hill to watch fireworks on the New Year's eve. The facilities were good too. A refrigerator, an oven, a gas hob and a microwave oven is available. We cooked on the days we didn't go to restaurants. A housekeeper came in daily and cleaned and kept the rooms tidy. We felt safe with restricted access to the building and the room. Instructions given were clear on how to use them. A continental breakfast was available daily. We would have liked a bit more items like proteins and fruits on it, but the ones provided were sufficient for our family. On the New Year's eve we had a complementary hamper, which was a nice gesture. Thank you again

There was a washing machine which we intended to use but was not working. Hope the owner can fix it.

Emilia was lovely. She allowed us to leave our belongings there when we arrived early and gave several nice restaurant recommendations. The suite is well stocked and comfortable.

Just a small note- the place is a little tricky to find. If you are going there after dark it is helpful to know that you are looking for a unit inside an apartment building with an entrance off the parking lot.

The location was excellent. The staff was very accommodating to our early request. If and when I travel to Rome again I will use this location again. I will tell my friends and family that this was an excellent choice in location to stay. It was very close to the Vatican and train station. Our host was very helpful with all our request.

The only thing I would change is the knowledge of who else would be using the room when we were there. Just a small note of the the rooms that would be occupied.

The room was clean and bed comfy! Shower facility and water is nice! Breakfast was decent. Very near to St. Peters Basilica/Square, loads of places around to eat and relax. Bus stops and Metro (train station) were just around the corner! So delighted and glad we chose this place!🤩. And the best of all was Saya, very nice, helpful and accomodating! 💯% Would definitely stay here again.👍👍

Excellent location very close to the Vatican basilica and the train station and bus stops. Excellent hosts who replied to our messages immediately! Very clean, good breakfast and extremely good value for money!!

It has an excellent location, being only 10 mins walk from the Vatican. It is fully equipped, and the breakfast was very good. Worth the value for the money.

There could have been more comfortable mattresses, everything else was perfect.
