Good location as walking distance to the Vatican & our favourite restaurant. The apartment was lovely & clean and Martina was very helpful & prompt with responses to my enquiries.

A bit more advanced notice of checking in procedures would have been appreciated & alleviated a bit of a stressful arrival. My mobile went flat & I could not receive the text that was sent the day of our arrival. So we could not access the apartment for a couple of hours & we had been up since 5am travelling from Istanbul & all we wanted was to check in & relax. Also, would be good to provide a tea towel so cups can be washed & dried & spills can be cleaned up.

Our stay was perfect. The host was was excellent and stayed in communication with us at all times. The accommodation was as described- it was walking distance to the Vatican. It may be worthwhile to check if your room does face the dome- before you book. Our room did not face the dome. It would have been nice, but, not a deal breaker. It was more important that we could just walk across to the Vatican. There was plenty of options for having a breakfast and a dinner just below. The unit was modern and had all the basics our family needed to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

The location is lovely. One can view the Basillica Dome from the front of the hotel. There are two delightful (and I thought reasonable) restaurants adjacent to the hotel. The room is clean and nice. Our room had a balcony. It was a very nice room and in a very nuce part of town. The owner was very accomodating in ordering us reasonable transportation to the airport. The security is very good.

Too be honest, it is not what I didn't like, it ls what I did not know. Make sure to download the "Whats App" on your phone and keep in contact with the owner on your arrival time. Also check your email frequently for check in instructions. Because I did not check my emails, we found ourselves in a lovely marble lobby with no reception desk and no idea what to do. Be aware that most places in Italy do not have a lobby reception desk like the bigger hotels in the US. The owners are offsite and need to know when you will arrive. When told to let the hotel know your arrival time and check instructions, better do it!

Great little flat directly next to the Vatican with an amazing view of St Peter’s Basilica from the bedroom window. Helpful and friendly host who communicated well and was very accommodating specially when we misplaced our door entry card at 10pm and he sorted getting us back in the flat very quickly. Small and cosy but quite adequate for a short city stay as a family of 5. Would recommend. Easy access to Vatican and bus routes into the centre. Plenty of local eating options too.

Can be a bit of noise in evenings from busy road outside and restaurants downstairs but really not a huge issue. If 5 of you showering the last one tends to get a cold shower!

Everything was perfect. Luca the host was so nice and welcoming, allowing us to leave bags early before check in. The apartment was spotless clean, really well decorated lovely air con in the heat and a good space. Free coffee in the room and comfy beds. The location was perfect too, on the street there are several restaurants open early and late that are superb and a supermarket for water and snacks. It is just a small walk to St Peter’s square and the bus stop to other places is right outside. Unbelievable place can’t wait to go again.

Exceptional prime location, it’s walkable distance from St Peters Basilica. We could be in the church whenever we want to go, and early so could avoid big queues . Secondly Luca allowed us for late Check-in and check out, as we arrived pretty late in night . The procedure was very straightforward and contactless . It was much helpful. Third we could easily catch a bus or train as the bus stop is just in front and railway station less than 500 meters. So travel to other parts of the city and the airport was very convenient.

Excellent location overlooking St. Peter's Cathedral. In front of the house bus stop (nr 982 Museo Etrusco, nr 916 and nr 46 Piazza Venezia, and many others). In the street several small shops, about 500 m Carefour. Nearest metro station Ottaviano approx. 1 km. Journey to the airport Ciampino from metro station Ottaviano to Cinecitta + bus nr 520 approx. 50 min. Room clean, fridge, microwave and kettle available. Additional plates, glassware and cutlery in the hall closet, iron.

The location is as advertised with an amazing view of Saint Peters. It is really close to the Vatican and that's really good because you want to be in the Vatican as early as possible in order to avoid those massive queues. The owners are really nice and helpful, everything was clean, and the room has everything you need. In the neighborhood you have a Pam supermarket and some restaurants and fast food options.

The only small problem we had is that it was the end of the heating season and it got cold overnight. We tried using the AC but it didn't really get the temperature high enough. It didn't get too cold but we would have preferred a bit better heat insulation. Still, it was not a deal breaker and I really recommend this place!

Lovely apartment within walking distance to Vatican City. Beautiful view of St Paul’s Basilica from the bedroom and balcony windows. Luca was so accommodating in her providing accommodation for a family of five and was very good a communicating. Close by to a local super market, Italian bank, metro and bus stops. Loved the lovely bistros and restaurants on the same streets.

1. Excellent view to St.Pater's basilica. Even if you are lying in the bed you see Basilica's dome. it is amazing. 2. A lot of good restaurants very closed to apartments. 3. Vatican is really near and also city center is not far (40 min walk or 15 min by bus which is very closed to apartments). 4. Supportive staff.

1. For four people the apartment is cramped 2. Noise from the street, from the restaurant and from neighbours (piano all day). But in the night no big noise if you sleep with closed windows,
