It was amazing experience and much over my expectation 1. Localisation was absolutely perfect- Vatican City is on the other side of the road!!! Simply few steps and you can enjoy your time. Bus stop is few meters from door and has direct connection to Termini station. 2. View is breathtaking - you can enjoy looking at st.Peters basilic straight from your bed! I was very lucky and have oportunity to observe (and make a photo!!!) of lightning hitting basilicas dome at night!!! 3. Breakfast is fresh, clasic italian- sweet and light. Freshly made coffee and cornetti straight from oven still warm smells and taste amazing. 4. Room is very spacious and comfortable. There is everything you need. It is very clean and warm (it has AC but because we have visited it in December we were using it for heating). 5. Service ... its owners mum. Amazing real italian young grandma who was doing our breakfast with lovely baby grandaughter by her side. She was not speaking english which was not a problem at all because as every nana she was taking care of us anyway and if we needed (at the beginning) she was calling her son and he explain everything for us. All of this gave us the taste of authenticity which you cannot fint in **** hotels.

Absolutely everything was perfect.

We had a delightful stay last 3 nights at San Peter’s Corner. The B&B exceeded our expectations. The property is lovely and well appointed, yet comfortable. Livio and his Mom were gracious hostesses. Our room was spacious and the bed was perfect. The view of San Peter’s Basilica’s Dome from our room’s window is awesome. The home-made croissants were yummy and gourmet breakfast was delicious! I told her that I love tea, she made sure that I have hot tea on the table every morning . Also, there were many restaurants right down the street that you can choose for dinner. It was a memorable trip in Rome here at San Peter’s Corner. We will come back to stay with you again soon! You will see me again soon for sure! Thank you for making our stay so perfect! ❤️❤️

The owners were friendly, chatted with us on mornings and helped with whatever we asked for. Staying at the place was like staying at friends' place. The room was super clean and comfortable, we had all we needed to have proper rest after long Rome exploring days.

When I was taking shower the water was cold sometimes, my friend who took shower after me did not experience it. I would also prefer to have an opportunity to have tea at the dining room whenever I like, water and enough shampoo supply without asking. However, it was not a problem, we got anything when we asked, the owner was available on the phone any time and waited for us when we arrived late on the 1st day. We had great experience overall.

We liked the location, just across the street from Vatican city. It was very quiet even though there were renters in 3 rooms, and lots of traffic outside. The new windows and nice renovations looked lovely. We appreciated that we could have breakfast time moved to fit our schedule.

We would have appreciated having someone on site who understood English or French.. Being first time visitors to Rome many questions came up during our stay and I did not feel comfortable emailing the owner about.

We had a view of St Peters dome from our window and 6 minute walk to the square. Easy walking distance to subway and Piazza Navona. Good restaurants in the area. The room was spotless and air conditioning and wi-do worked well. Our hostess did not speak English but we fell in love with her.

Breakfast was basic, the same everyday but fuel for Rome sightseeing

Continental breakfast suited our needs as each day we had a lite breakfast and went visiting sites around the city and returned only to change for dinner and go to a nearby restaurant. Then back to the apartment for the night.

The rrom was adequate for our needs although decoration and furnishings could have been better,

My mom and I had a great time staying at this place. It was very close of the St Peter's Basilica and she could go everyday. It's relatively close to the center, just one bus ride away. Livio was a fantastic host and I would highly recommend staying here for my friends in their future travels in Roma. Grazie Mille!

Very nice Room (with a view to the coup of the Vatikan) Very nice and kind Hosts. The Breakfast was maybe to little, but ist ok.

Very nice property, beautiful and clean. Watching the old lady setting up the table for breakfast is such an idyllic experience. I’d stay there again. location is good too. not far from the bus stop.
