Great sized room, bed very comfortable, aircon was great, balcony so cute for a couple stay. Clean bathroom. Local restaurants and mini marts short 5-10 min walk.

No lift for bags so make sure you’re able to carry your suit cases. They don’t change your towels or make up rooms daily, for a “luxury” accommodation this was surprising. No one comes to clear the rubbish in your rooms either. If you want fresh sheets or towels is $5 euro per person. We paid the tourist tax on arrival but I was asked the next day to pay again.

the location was good if you want to see Vatican and a lot of public transport is pretty close. We had a balcony which was nice. Coffee and water was available and even wine glasses, which was handy. Location was pretty quiet too, not a lot of noise from the street.

There was a lot of noise in the mornings, i guess from the cleaning of other rooms, but it wasn’t really a problem for us… but be aware if you want to sleep in. Could use more shampoos and shower gels.. especially in summer when you want to take shower all the time :D

The location, cleanliness of the property, communication with owner, smaller necessary details: all linen, small safe, clothes rack, fridge, coffee machine, some soap products, tv, luggage rack, bins, bidet, secure, effective air-conditioning. Easy to stay in. Perfect if you want comfortable, walkable, local. It's not a "hotel" with services that looks after you, it's more like a serviced room in a block of actual units. There's a sign that says a service only happens every three days and while it's true the towels weren't changed until the 3rd day actually our beds were made, bins were emptied and the room tidied everyday. Also, they went well out of their way to help me checkin. I had read reviews that said "great if you're not going to live in the room" and while that's true, we actually often went back to the room for a nap, hung out and chatted while lying on the bed, watched some TV etc. But yes, that particular review set my expectations appropriately and so I was impressed with the room and hotel because it was above that.

The location was excellent, and while I was worried about getting there at first the staff were very helpful giving me detailed directions/instructions via WhatsApp.

The room was lovely and definitely gave a 5 star feel. Loved the balcony. Received excellent detailed information on how to access our actual room, as did not have a regular check in/lobby.

Was a little unclear on how to get to the location via public transport. Ended up being quite awkward to get to from the train station and the pathways there are horrendous to walk on with a suitcase dragging behind. Did discover Buses were easier to access but it would have been handy to know this beforehand.

Very comfortable bed, simple facilities but for a short stay it’s perfect. It’s located near the Vatican, which is perfect as it’s a 10min walk. But if you’re looking to go to the centre it’s a 40ish min walk, or there’s a bus stop just a few minutes away, and there are buses that can take you to the centre or to termini station. We really enjoyed our stay.

Getting in touch with staff can be difficult

It was perfectly placed by the Vatican to walk around and see iconic locations. This was very close to restaurants, gift shops, and had a wonderful Italian feel. The private balcony looked onto the street below where people walked their dogs, so it was quiet with people around. Wonderful temperature control too!

The room was small for three people and the beds were stiff.

Location is great if you want to visit the Vatican. Closest metro station (Valle Aurelia) is about 12min walking and there are shops and cafes in the area. Located in a side street with stunning Roman villas. Property is in a residential building, very peaceful not for parties. Room has a formidable king-size bed and a lovely balcony. The staff was super sweet and helpful. Extremely good value for money, considering size and location. We visited the centre everyday by walking or taking busses/metro. Trastevere for example is a 30min walk and Castel St. Angelo and the Tiber are 20mins away. Bear in mind Rome is large and many of the sights are located East of the river. There is a manned reception on site during some of the day, which is helpful.

Room is functional but there is no communal area or kitchen, which we knew before booking but would be ideal. This property is between a hotel and self-catering apartment.

The bed was huge and super comfy! Very clean room, great shower, quiet location. Little balcony was a great bonus, which overlooked another old building. Plenty of light and air due to big double window on one side and large double door, for the balcony, on the other. Lovely furnishings to, with a little coffee machine and fridge. The fridge had some bottled water in it and there was tea, coffee pods etc to use. The towels were also lovely and super white!

The air conditioning wasn't very cooling, but better than not having it at all! I didn't realise how far it was to the centre of Rome, to visit all the attractions. It was about an 50 minutes - 1 hour walk from the Trevi fountain. It was however, about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican.
