The host and the location are absolutely fantastic! Andrea and Serena are some of the nicest people we met in Rome, super kind, friendly and eager to help. The location is very cozy, comfortable, quiet and clean, with everything you could possibly need (including fast WiFi and Smart TV). Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. The location is also close to the bus station and subway, so you're essentially minutes away from every tourist attraction, but without any noise or crowds. There's absolutely no chance you won't enjoy this place, and we highly recommend it, as we'll definitely return to it next year! Thank you so much for an amazing vacation in Rome!

I can say it was a delightful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 15 to 20-minute walk to St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican, which makes it super convenient for sightseeing. The walk itself is enjoyable, as exploring Rome on foot is always a pleasure, and the time flies by. The facilities are cozy, with the reception and kitchen in a shared space near the rooms, giving it a close, homey feel. The staff were warm and welcoming, making it feel like staying at a family member’s house. Cleanliness was spot-on, and everything felt well-kept. In terms of comfort, the place is nice overall, but the bed was a bit of a letdown. It has a base with thin boards that bend under weight, so it wasn’t the best for a restful night. However, the bathroom and shower were great, which was a plus. For the price, especially in a city as expensive as Rome, this B&B is a fantastic deal. The location is unbeatable, and you really feel like you’re getting value for money. I highly recommend it for travelers looking for an affordable, comfortable stay close to the Vatican.

they need to improve the beds

Our stay at this hotel in Rome was a good experience overall. It’s a fair hotel for a fair price, offering decent accommodations without luxury but with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The biggest highlight was definitely the staff, especially Serena and her son. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel at home. Their hospitality truly stood out and made a big difference in our stay. The location is not the best, as it's not very central, but it is close to the Vatican, which is convenient if that’s your main area of interest. If you’re looking for a simple, affordable place with exceptional service, this hotel is a great option. The warmth of the staff alone makes it worth considering!

The hotel is quite far from the city center, so reaching key areas like Trastevere or the historic center requires taking a bus or a taxi. Fortunately, there is a bus stop nearby, which makes transportation more convenient.

- It is an old, but wonderfully kept and renovated house: high ceilings, marble floors, a vintage but completely functioning elevator. - It is located just a couple hundred meters from the Vatican city and there is a bus stop on the corner. - The room had a nice view of a tennis court and some beautiful buildings. - The bed is big, cosy and the bed linen are very gut quality (aloe vera pillow). - You get your breakfast in your room. - The TV has Netflix. - The room is clean and they clean up every day. - You can leave your baggage after you check out and you get an other key. - The manager lady is very kind, speaks decent English and gives you good tips if you want. She gave me a tourist map and showed/marked the most important places (what to see, bus stop and where to go for shopping).

- I assume the whole space was earlier one flat, which was divided into small rooms with baths. The walls are paperthin - you can hear the others. So if you are loud, active at night it can be a problem... - The breakfast consists mostly from very sugary sweet pastries. It is common in Rome. There are still nature yoghurt and some fruits if you want something bit healthier. - The shower-cabin entrance is very narrow. So if you are a bit broader/fat you can't enter.

Very close to the bus stop and walking distance to the Vatican city. Neighbourhood was quiet and mostly residential. There was a mini fridge in our room which was ideal for water and other bits and bobs. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodate our needs.

Breakfast ,although,packaged and in the room was replenished every day and the coffee machine was very welcome. We had muffins, pastries and yoghurt and fresh fruit everyday.

Wonderful apartments, exceeded our expectations! We found parking on the street without any problems, even though we arrived late! Self check-in! Wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts! We are on a long trip, so we had accumulated dirty clothes, which we were able to wash and dry here. Delicious coffee with milk in the morning, with croissants, various pastries, jam and yoghurt. We are very grateful to Andrea and Serena! We wish you success in your business and grateful customers!

Andrea and his Mother Serena could not have done more for me. They looked after me when I had had an accident. Every time they called a Taxi for me they came with me to the road. On the day of my departure Serena came out to the road to wait for the prebooked taxi I had booked to take me back to the Airport. When after 30 minutes it did not turn up, Serena kindly called a Taxi and waited with me until it had arrived.I felt I had made friends with Andrea and Serena

There was nothing I did not like.

Location, Safe place, Clean room. Bus stop is 3 minutes away. You can easily go by bus to the city center and to the stop where the airport shuttle picks up passengers.

The room wasn’t ready at 11:30, so we go out to the nearest good restaurant as recommended by the owner. You can hear everyone in the corridor through the closed doors. At night it wasn’t comfortable, when someone returned to the hotel. It would be great to provide slippers. And water every day.

You have to make sure you have good cellphone service to communicate via WhatsApp for all checking detail to get inside the property. Once you reach them they answer fast and guide you. They are not on the property except for couple hours in the morning..

The bed linen and towels were of quality and there was turndown service every morning with fresh towels given every other day, the cleanliness of the B&B was excellent. The owners and staff were friendly and happy to chat and be of assistance if you required information about the city. The location by the the bus stop was superb and check in-out was very effective.

The mattress and pillows were very hard, clear instruction on how to operate the air-con would have been useful and the wifi even with the extension didn't stretch to the far side of our room where the main bed was located. The breakfast was laid out but then there was always the owner or staff to make coffee, egg and toast the rest I think you served yourself too. I'm still a little unclear how it worked, it needs to be either self service or full service as it was confusing. Whilst luggage storage is offered there is no secure place to leave it, a cupboard needs to be created for with a lock.
