The location is very close to metro station, only 2 minutes, and vert close to the mall, very clean apartment and very nice stuff. Marko helped us with info about transport and he was very kind.

The breakfast was very very poor. I searched especially a property who offers breakfast included in the booking rent because we traveled with our little child and it is hard for him with food.., but I' ve made a bad choice for this point of view. No fruits how you see in a photo, no vegetables, no ham, no salami, no cheese, no eggs, nothing...only some muffins, croissants, biscuits, yoghurt, butter, milk, confiture and honey and some juicy. This was all we get it. Maybe this is what they eat at breakfast there, but the tourist are from another countries and need to eat what they used to. Also I didn't' t like the noise, but it is not such a big issue when you come home tired (only for the child was inconvenient).

I thought the property was a great choice for anyone visiting Rome, especially for its fantastic location near the Vatican and the convenient access to Metro Line A—a real plus for getting around the city easily. The cleanliness stood out as a strong point, which always makes a big difference in comfort. The bed was amazing !!

While the breakfast could be improved, since it didn’t feature fresh products, it was still a decent way to start the day. Overall, the property felt safe, well-maintained, and managed by people who are welcoming and helpful. It seems like a solid, reliable B&B—nothing overly fancy, but definitely a good value and a smart base for exploring Rome.

This is an apartment remodelled into 3 separate rooms accomodation. It is located on the 6th floor in the aparment building. Each room has a lock. It is decorated with very nice taste. The room we stayed in had en suite bathroom. There is a common area with 3 tables assigned to room numbers where guests can eat. The common area is camera supervised. A small balcony in common area is also available. You can prepare a tea or coffee and grab a typical italian breakfast (toast, pastry or yoghurt etc.). The place is very clean and well maintained. Marco offers for a 40€ pick up from the airport. It is a fair price and convenient. Location is good, near shopping centre where on top is a restaurant with amazing pizza. A metro stop Aurelia near the place make this accomodation easy to reach all the attractions in Rome. Recommended to all.

After arrival a photo of my ID Card was taken by Marco. I did not like that very much to have my ID card copied and stored onto a private cell phone. This is actually against the GDPR EU law which states in details how the sensitive data can be obtained and retained. I am aware that accomodation owners need to pass the information about their guests to the police but this is not in line with EU law. Marco promised me to delete later the photo. I hope he did as promised and would change the model of registration of the guests. For his and guests safety.

The apartement is on a great location. Just 3 minutes by foot to the metro station which leads to the center of the city. Also 3 minutes by foot to a big shopping mall with everything you need. If you want to eat food other than in the shops, you can go to a few restaurants near the apartement (in the shopping mall there are also a few). Some people wrote that it is noisy at night, but we experienced nothing similar. When you close the window at night it is silent, we slept perfectly every night. We would 100% return to this place again. Breakfast, wi-fi, comfort, cleanliness (the apartement gets cleaned every day),... Everything was great.

Staying at this guesthouse was absolutely wonderful! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always easy to reach and full of great recommendations. The location was perfect, just a three-minute walk from the metro station, making it super easy to get to all the main attractions in Rome. On my husband’s request, the owner even decorated our room beautifully for my birthday. The breakfast was simple but very tasty, mostly sweet, and there were also extra items in the fridge for each room. Highly recommend

It was very near the Valle Aurelia metro station, making public transport easily accessible . Marco left very clear instructions on how to get inside and was responsive at all times ! Upon request, he kindly arranged for an Iron along with board for use. The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures . In addition, Marco accommodated our slightly late check out and even allowed the use of the refrigerator till we came back to collect our luggage .

Good location, especially as the apartment is very close to a metro station and within a mile(ish) of the Vatican. The line can take you directly to the,(Termini) train station. From there you can get your bus back to both of the main airports that serve Rome. The owner makes the booking process easy and will help if you need anything in relation to the property. There is a shopping centre opposite which is very useful. The WiFi is excellent so we could access everything that we needed to. The breakfast is good, is self service and there are choices. You can easily get fresh produce from the supermarket across the road. Our room was perfectly adequate for us and was cleaned daily. The shared kitchen is very good as it had everything we needed for our short break.The apartment has a shared balcony off the dining room. Overall I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you want private facilities and are on a budget. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if we were to visit Rome again.

There is road noise and other local noise in the evening. There is no fresh produce with the breakfast. The TV only seems to show Italian channels. The view from the balcony is nothing special.

I love the place. So close to the heart of Rome.. I love how the breakfast table was set. One thing that differentiates this place from other places we have been is how thoughtful the owner is providing water after a long trip was a genius move. Communication is fast and easy and they also provide/offer a ride to the airport with a cost. Definitely recommend this place.

Easy access to trains, taxi, restaurants, and grocery stores. Closer to Vatican and abt 15-20 mts on train to Roma termini, good location to stay for tourists visiting lot of places

Our main purpose was to have a place to sleep for 5 nights after visiting places, leave early and come late night, For that purpose we are satisfied. Could be a little bit noisy at times from adjoining rooms and vehicles on the road.

It was basic but clean. Had everything you need. Metro station and shopping mall were across the road. Metro was very cheap and efficient service to get to centre of Rome, which was only about 10 minutes away. Beside busy road but it was quiet between 11pm and 6am. Marco was helpful and attentive, responding quickly to text messages.
