The location was excellent—only a 30-minute walk from the Vatican Museums. There are many family-run restaurants nearby offering authentic dishes at reasonable prices. The closest metro station is just a 6-minute walk away, and the nearest train station is about 8 minutes on foot. The terrace on the 7th floor provides a wonderful view. For breakfast, you can easily pick up something from a spot just around the corner. The price was fair, and we really enjoyed our stay. Access to the property was quick and straightforward, but you’ll need internet since everything is managed online.

The main downside was the noise—since the building dates back to the 60s or 70s, you can hear quite a bit of street noise (although it does quiet down after 10 p.m.). A small issue was that one of the bedrooms had a bed that was only a one-and-a-half size, which might be more suitable for young couples.

Highly recommended apartment. Gave us the space we needed as a family with teenagers. Clean and comfortable in a great location- walking distance to the Vatican but also the metro to take us all around the city easily. Shops and supermarkets within 2 minutes walking - everything you could need close by. Great views of the Vatican city from he balcony- lovely to see this in the morning and lit up at night. Check in details sent beforehand- great communication and no problems- easy to follow. There is a small lift on site so no need to take the stairs if difficult. Transfers organised by Host (Alice) on request- great communication and no issues. Our baggage was lost by the airline for 2 days and Alice helped with additional arrangements to get our suitcase delivered back to us. She was brilliant- always on hand if needed to arrange anything. Also arranged transfer back to airport and baggage storage so we could enjoy the city more before our late flight home. Would highly recommend- we would book this apartment again if we are lucky enough to return to Rome.

The appartment is very spacious. Virtual key required to open the building and the appartment doors - the renter sent them by email. The Wifi and the Air Conditioning worked very well.

The bathub was slippery. The shower in the second bathroom is very very small. The kitchen ustensils limited (knife).

the apartment was much bigger than I expected. the location is good, very close to metro. there are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around as well. the host was very friendly and she gave me many useful information.

the couch bed in the living room was actually broken. we managed to extend it as a bed but it was not very stable… also the doors are old so it made a lot of loud noise when we close it and open it.

The owner was very kind, he was always online and ready to help, the location is good, not too close and not too far from the Vatican, there was a metro station nearby.

Very good location about 500m from metro station. Very nice apartment with comfortable beds. Amazing view on the St. Peter’s Basilica. Alice is very helpful she send us a lot of information about restaurants, gelato itc Thank you it was amazing time in Rome😍

The apartament is very nice and great. The bedrooms are very comfortables, fully equipped, very good location close to metro, buses, shops, Cafe. The rooms were clean. We will be back for sure.

The size and home feels of the apartment, location near Cipro metro, hospitality of the host, all the things that you need is provided (e.g. bath soap, laundry soap, plates, etc)
