Location was perfect, just a 2 min walk from Cipro metro station which is linked to the centre. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Service by Edoardo, amazing. He messaged me before to confirm my booking, met us on time and explained everything in such detail. I asked for an extra blanket which he provided and any questions or queries during my stay, he was always available to answer. Cleanliness - room was made up every day during our stay and new towels/toileteries were provided. It was all very clean. I highly recommend this place.

Management was incredibly responsive and made us feel truly well cared for, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were exceptionally understanding, communicative, and professional throughout our stay. The apartment and amenities were spotless, fully equipped, and everything was clearly explained, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Room is alright, enough space and clean, the location is perfect, only 20-ish minutes from Vatikan by walking. Also there is a little kitchen we could use in need. Host, Edoardo is a great man who waited for me & my husband even though our flight landed pretty late in the evening and gave us main directions about Rome.

Walls are not really soundproof, room next to us was a pretty loud family with kids, but that wasn’t too much of a problem for us, as we mostly spent our days out wandering around Rome.

Great host and location, lots of facilities. The rooms have a shared small kitchen with everything you need to prepare simple meals and store food. Eduardo was very kind, our communication via WhatsApp was excellent. He takes care of everything and has a lot of useful information and recommendations. The cleaning service is regular every morning and of high quality.

The dusty curtains in our room need to be cleaned.

Whatever we asked for, was promptly provided. But maybe If we could have small shampoo bottles it would have been nicer than just the shower gel ones. But again overall everything is great

Very kind and helpful owners, wifi, bathroom, room, fridge, microwave, stove, as advertised. Towel, and soap available. Rooms clean. It was Perfect for two people. Close to the Vatican city, great food around, close bakery.

Not as many kitchen appliances (knives, forks for cooking) as i would like (but we didnt end up needing any more than available) .

Nice location-200m from Metro station Cipro (at the entrance to metro there is a machine with sparkle water), 300m -Carrefour Market 24/7 which has everything and many offers, a PERFECT HOST - Edoardo, who made our stay very comfortable; there is a common kitchen which offers all basic things for cooking(very comfortable and always clean), clean room (was cleaned every day). Modest, clean and really nice place. Very recommended!!

The walls are too thin and if you have noisy neighbors it is better to have ear plugs.

Nothing fancy but comfortable, clean and with nearby Metro easy access to all the major attractions. If you like walking, which we do, 20 minutes to the Vatican and 30-40 to the key spots across the river. Has the advantage of being in a regular residential neighborhood. So, if both prices are lower and you can hit the local neighborhood cafe/bar for breakfast, shop in stores that focus on bread, prosciutto, cheeses etc. for something different from the more touristy spots.

Location of this guest house is very good. You can get almost everything within several minutes on foot. The host is so friendly and helpful with everything. The kitchenette is small but works quite well. Housekeeping staff did a good work as well.

Everything is good except that the temperature is not very steady when taking showers.
