Water heater + coffee machine in the kitchen area. Small but functional room (we were 3 but only one big luggage), it was comfortable. Good location, close to the metro (if you will not be back too late in the night) and vatican. Please try the famous boci pizza which is 2 mins walk. Overall it was a clean room. I recommend.

Some stains on towels/ bed sheets. We have stayed for 4 nights, but did not have a towel change. Payment is in cash (no invoice received), i have read the comment section so i was prepared but it can be an issue if you are not. No recharge of shower products given the first day, but i was also prepared so it was not an issue for me.

The check in was great, quick, easy, we didnt have to wait for anybody. The owner was very responsive through whatsapp.

In the picture they show breakfast in the place. Reality is that you have tickets and you go to the nearby bakery, which was good, but we had to ask about it. We would have planned our time differently if we knew. It would be great to include this info in some message through whatsapp for example :).

The room is clean and has everything you need. White towels, coffee, convenient location, close to the metro and Vatican. Nearby there is a shop with amazing prosciutto and everything you need for breakfast. I was comfortable, my best recommendations.

The street is quite noisy, but this is not a problem. It would be better if I could pay by card. Cash is inconvenient, but there is an ATM a block away from the apartment.

Check in was a problem. During the check in day one adressu was written on the reservation, when we get to that address and call the landlord he told us to wait and he will be there for 5 minutes.. We waited for almost 2 hours when we realised that the address on the reservation was changed. Fortunately the new address was close.

The owner texted me when I landed at FCO on my arrival to the property. When we arrived he greeted us and showed us around the rooms. Everything was clean, beds were made with fresh linen each day, and the wifi provided was good.

The employee who came to assist me was not informed about which room I booked or the price. I had a disagreement at the beginning but other than that everything was ok.

10min. walk to metro station clean comfortable it was a whole apartment with 3 rooms

it was a bit cold because of the old windows that didn’t shut down properly not a thing that I didn’t like but it was a surprise - the breakfast consisted in a card that allowed us to go to a nearby caffe and get a croissant with a coffee or tea

It was a good hotel. The staff was friendly. The location is perfect, on a 10 minutes walk from the Vatican. I would definitely recommend.

It's clean. The metro is close. Quiet location. The hosts are friendly and flexible with the check in.

The real glasses in the room would add to the impression. And window blinds that work. Otherwise, everything was great.
