Great, peacefull location, near to metro and tram. Beautiful, renewed rooms and cooperative host after the check in. The bakery that offers the breakfast has really good quality and prices.

An unusual way for online check in caused a little frustration to us. I didn't like that after discussing the problem trying to find an alternative way for online check in, I received a message mentioning that there will be extra charge if we need someone to be present for our check-in. Thankfully, the problem was resolved after many texts. Also the breakfast that was included is limited to one hot drink and one croissant from a bakery nearby (the quality was exceptional though!).

The location is very good, easily accessible by metro and bus.The breakfast was very nice, and Valerio was very friendly and welcoming

Something we really didn't like was the bathroom.It was extremely small and uncomfortable for one person to use.The shower cabin was tiny and narrow,it was very difficult to move inside.Also the hairdryer didn't work properly,it had low poweer and felt unsafe to use.We had higher expectations for the room,especially since the photos showed different,better looking rooms.

I would characterize the hotel as "minimal, but sufficient". But we only stayed overnight. We had everything that we needed. However, there is an air conditioner that works quietly, good soundinsulation, very clean. The hotel has a very good location, close to the metro and the Vatican Museums. There are many restaurants around. We communicated with the owner only by phone. But he was always polite, competent and ready to help and advise. We had an early check-out and Valerio helped us order an inexpensive taxi. Next time, we'll definitely choose again this apartment.

The bedhead could be replaced, it's a bit worn, but overall it was fine. But I am very disappointed with Booking. When making a reservation, it was indicated that Booking provides a free taxi from the airport to the accommodation. But in fact, we didn`t receive confirmation of this option, and when contacting the service department, the employee said that he apologized, but couldn`t help.

The location was great—exactly what we were looking for, as it was very close to the Vatican City and perfect for our visit to the Vatican Museums. The apartment was very clean, and Valerio was extremely friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early, which made everything much easier.

Finding roadside parking was nearly impossible, which was quite frustrating. Although there is a nearby garage, it costs €25 per day, so we ended up parking there as the only viable option.

The location is accessible with bus and metro plus directly behind Vatican city, so don't worry getting to the city center. Breakfast options are either in the cafe only a minute away or in the shared kitchen. The room furnished nicely and big for 2 person, but the place is literally a bed and breakfast stay, in which what we are looking for. The room is cleaned everyday. There are snacks in the shared kitched for all guests and water bottles in our room for free.

The bathroom needs some improvement against humidity. The breakfast in the shared kitchen is ok and nicely prepared by Valerio and his team, just hope other guests don't steal all food for themselves incl. the breakfast on our designated dining table. :)

If there is host rate, we give Valerio 100 of 100, superb, excellent, words cannot describe. We’ve been travelling 4 different countries till we reached Rome, Valerio was the most hospitable, caring and attentive host, went extra length to take care of guests even booking taxi, dinner reservation and informed us very beneficial tourist info. Valerio has been voted by our family the best english speaking host pf our Europe journey of 1.5months, he is simply amazing

Just our opinion, the location/the neighborhood, but the apartment itself is very good and comfortable. With restaurant in front of the apartment serves delicious italian dishes and nearby cafe which is really nice too

Vaerio was very kind and helpful in his every way. He responses right away. Gives very useful information. Breakfast was awesome.

For toiletries we didnt have proper toiletries like shampoo soap and conditioner. We found a half bottle os big size body wash and hair and face all in one mens at the front door we used it as we thought ut would be ours. But maybe specify if you dont provide toiletries Thank you.

The location is good with many local stores, restaurants etc. and just 10 mins walk to Vatican Museums. The metro station (Line A - Cipro) is just a few minutes on foot for who might need. The apartment was very clean. Vaerio was very nice and responsive at all times. I would come back.

Location was fantastic! Lots of cute cafés in the neighborhood and close to all the attractions. I wanted to see. The owner/manager was amazingly hospitable. Very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend booking with him.

The bed was not very comfortable, but I was so exhausted after sightseeing. I guess it really didn’t matter. I slept well every night.

The location was perfect to explore Rome. Metro and bus stations are both near and the public transportation is very good in the area. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast at the accommodation was sufficient, but we also had the possibility to go to a nearby coffee for breakfast, which was included in the price. Valerio was a great host, he was very helpful with the check-in and check-out. We also received small gifts, chocolate, champagne, etc. Our stay was perfect and I would highly recommend Valerio's B&B.
