Very bright with full windows, clean. Air conditioning worked very well.

The hallway is shared with 4 other guest rooms. If a guest comes in late and doesn’t watch their noise level, it is very easy to hear them. It only happened one night and upon notification the other guest apologized and was quiet. So it’s random luck, but just be aware.

We (a couple) stayed for 6 nights in room #1 in this guesthouse. The room was very comfortable and clean, the free WIFI worked very well. The owner was very nice and very helpful to get around the area. The location is PERFECT just 10 min walk from the Vatican and 2 min from an undergrounds station (in just a few stops you can get to all main places in Rome). The room is on a main road so you have all the stores you need in just a few min walking including a famous bakery that you must try named Bonci. We surely will return to this room on our next visit to Rome. Bottom line excellent value for money

Giordano is very helpful. Every time we could reach him. Self check in is possible. We arrived at house around 01 am, we could enter easily. And they can keep your luggages after check out too. Very clean. Very close to Vaticani. Metro and bus stop is front of building.

The location is quite close to the main attractions but not to all of them so we did a good cardio walking while we were in Rome. An added value is that the metro station is just 2 min walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very quite part of Rome so you can get a good night sleep. Close to the apartment you have a market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops etc.

There was nothing that is worth mentioning that we didn't like.

The freezing compartment of the refrigerator does not work at all. The curtains are too thin to block the sun when there is sunlight. Hence, I woke up at around 6:30am due to the sunrise.

Booked the room at relatively short notice. The communication was excellent and owner was waiting for me on the street as soon as we arrived which was brilliant. The room was clean, air conditioned, had a fridge etc as advertised. Room was cleaned each day perfectly. After we left on the last day the owner rang me to tell me I'd forgotten I'd cards in the safe. Luckily I was still in rome as our flights were late. We arranged to meet and again, he was outside waiting for us. Very kind of him. Couldn't recommend more.

I like the metro location. I like the businesses around here like a bakery and grocery store. I felt safe coming home at 9pm.

The restroom is tight but manageable. Hot water was a plus. Good pressure too.

A lovely apartment close to Vatican, big comfortable bed, nice view. Very close to the iconic Pizzeria Bonci.

The street is a bit loud, but it’s not the problem of B&B

clean and in great location to catch the metro for exploring Rome. Host was helpful.

It would have been nice to have in room coffee maker and cups to get us going in the morning.

The owner was very kind, the room and the bathroom was clean, comfortable and the balcony has a good view. It was near to Vatican area and metro station.
