Lovely place with everything you need 15mins walk from Vatican and 15 steps from metro station. The attention to details in providing everything you might need, from generous bathroom items to a snack or coffee always there for you, was lovely. My husband appreciated his daily morning cake that Emanuele left for his guests :)

Just something to consider for the light sleepers, the place is on the ground floor but it is not a heavy traffic street. Only thing I noticed was street garbage picking up happening every night around 11PM and early in the morning which can be disturbing for some.

Location near good restaurants and subway transit. Breakfast items available in the room. Easy access to the room.

AC broke during our stay and hot water stopped working. The owner was very accommodating and waived daily tax and reimbursed us for the purchase of a fan. He was friendly and repaired both within 24hrs.

This self-service room was a great choice for our trip this year to Rome. It's located close to the Vatican area, as the name states. Check-in was simple and efficient. I really liked the quality of the rooms and the tidiness of it. Very modern looking, yet nice and comfy!

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations! We were greeted by Manuel upon check-in, he was very responsive and friendly. He suggested some great places to dine and they did not disappoint. The free breakfast was enough for my family to start our day. The rooms were clean, and each had its own bathroom which I liked a lot. The facility is very close to the metro and bus stops. It is also a walkable distance to the Vatican City. Overall, this is one of the best places we stayed at during our Europe trip. I will definitely be back again! Thanks, Manuel!

Excellent accommodation option, everything was super, and a very wonderful host! The apartment is located next to the metro, it is convenient to get to any point by public transport, the Vatican is just a 15-minute walk at a leisurely pace. The room had air conditioning, but we didn't use it, it was very comfortable. There was also a common kitchen where you could find tea, coffee and pastries. Excellent option for price and quality

Very clean and spacious. Was walkable to everything you needed and Emanuel was very accomodation and quick to response to any questions. We loved the stocked kitchen for small snacks and coffee in the morning too! Also the bed was super comfy and very much appreciated after 24 hours of travel!

Everything was perfect!The place is 2 minutes walk from the Cipro metro station and 10 minutes from the Vatican.Very clean,cool and quiet place.The host Emanuele was very kind and helpfull!Thank you for everything!

Beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. Perfect for a couple looking to explore, 3 blocks away from metro was amazing. Emanuel the host, amazing he contacted me right when we booked and the day of our stay he was in constant communication as we came from the airport. Felt very safe our whole stay.

Streets were a little loud with cars and dogs barking. Suggest bringing earplugs for sleeping!

Friendly welcome, very clean, everything we needed was provided. Cakes & coffee always being topped up was a lovely touch. Accommodation felt very secure. Nice neighbourhood, very close to Vatican city and only 5 minute walk to the metro station. Would highly recommend.
