Paolo is a wonderful and attentive host who cares about his guests. The B&B is in a great location, close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of charming restaurants frequented by locals. The accommodation itself is clean, with comfortable beds. While it’s a simple place, it’s cozy and pleasant. Very nice for a stay in Rome!

On the downside, we would have appreciated having a window curtain in the bathroom and a bedside lamp in the room.

Easy access to public transport. Less than 2 minutes to metro. Supermarket near, non-stop. Less than 1 minute. Easy access to Vatican. Fast access to historical centre. Quiet area. Drier in the room. Iron available. Umbrella available for raining days. Good quality-price ratio for B&B.

Breakfast it is basic one...croissant and not fresh (bought from supermarket), yougurt and juice, bread, jam and honey and speadable cream. So a fully sweet breakfast. But good coffee.:) There are 3 rooms in one apartment. Each with own bathroom. Common lobby and kitchen. Cleaning once at each 3 days.

Very good location, metro 5min, supermarket around the corner, 24/7, fruit market around the corner 24/7. Room interior very simple, as on the pictures, great big bathroom, nice balcony. Staff very nice and welcoming!

The breakfast could be better but as there was supermarket around the corner so we could buy everything what we wanted! As we were there when it was about +38 'C in daytime so didnt want a lot for breakfast, so the yogurt, juice, croissants, toast and jam was perfect + very good coffee! 😁😎

First of all, the host Paolo is a very kind person. He welcomed us in a very nice way and provided us with a lot of advice on how to explore Rome. The location of the house is just 2 minutes from the metro station and it's really great. Additionally, you can reach the Vatican Museums in 5 minutes, and from there, you can walk to St. Peter's Square in a short time. You can rest assured about transportation. The neighborhood where the house is located is fantastic. You may feel like you have been living in Rome for years. There is a large bathroom, a room, and a lovely balcony. A shared kitchen is available, and you can use it as you like. There is a 24/7 open market nearby. We feel lucky to have stayed here. I highly recommend it.

We did not experience anything negative.

Our stay in Arches Inn was very pleasant. Our host was very kind and he shared a lot of useful information how to move through town. Breakfast was abundant, the fridge was restocked every morning. Coffee was exceptionaly tasty. Shops and metro were very close, The Vatican museum is just 10minute walk from the apartment. The apartment and the location are very family friendly and I dearly recommend the stay here.

Excellent location, easy walk to the Vatican and easy access to the Metro. We were happy with what was provided food wise - croissants, bread, spreads, yogurt coffee, juice and milk. I liked that a supermarket was right downstairs. Our room had all what we needed for a comfortable stay in an older apartment.

▪︎3 minutes to subway station. ▪︎supermarket was under the hotel ▪︎enough private space in the fridge and necessary cutlery was there. I could cook there. ▪︎It was low price for breakfast when I booked. ▪︎Kind support during our stay.

If someone talked in the shared space, it could be a bit noisy.

Situated near 24 shopping possibilities, Metro Station and 10 minutes walk to the Vatican State you cannot be situated better. Hardly any noise from the street. We have never slept in such comfortable beds EVER, the room was clean and the big bathroom was luxury pure. The room had a small balcony where we enjoyed our evenings. I can only recommend and if ever back in Rome we would certainly want to stay there again.

The room it self could be a little better decorated / cozier- but we didn't come to Rome to sit in our room.

Really close to a metro stop. There is a shared kitchen area and a proper supermarket 1 minute away so could make our own breakfast. Paulo was very helpful with information about how to get about and letting us leave our luggage as we had a late flight. There was a little balcony. Aircon was great. About 10 - 15 minutes walk to the Vatican 🇻🇦

It was very close to Vatican City and the entrance to The Vatican Museums. Entrance to the Metro station Cipro, on line A, is just steps away. Great takeaway pizza just around the corner. Typical Italian breakfast included. Easy access to the apartment as there is a lift to it.
