It’s very close the the metro station and also Vatican. There are a lot of cafes or cafeteria and those are not so touristic.

The property is very quiet but the neighbourhood is very loud, I woke up 2 time in the middle of the night because I he’s people were shouting outside. But the next few days it was fine and I could sleep well.

very clean and comfortable. it fulfilled our expectations. it is a nice gesture that they left snacks on the table. and having a refrigerator in the room made me happy.

10:00 am check out time is too early for check out. and when we arrived we had to wait for the lady to come and open the door for us. it was about 15 minutes. maybe it is not that long but we were very tired at that moment. and the location is walking distance to vatican city but quite far from the rest. luckily metro station was very close.

Very good location, near the metro station and next to Vatican. Nearby 24/7 grocery store and great restaurants. Cozy and a clean room with a sunny balcony. In the room you have everything you need. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff.

Your comfort depends on your neighbors. Walls are thin, but this is also something that we already knew. Some nights we unfortunately woke up in the middle of the night.

The beds were comfy, The bath was AMAZING we had a balcony which was great

the rooms was really small and narrow, we made it work so no big issue but that wasn’t perfect. The door of the balcony was semi-working - it wasn’t possible to close it entirely which was kind of annoying.

The room was perfect. Everything was clean and the owner was very helpful with everything we wanted. The location is the best if you are visiting Rome because it is right next to the metro and bus stops. Recommended 100%

Shower was very spacious and the room was very clean. The room was also very warm and if we were feeling cold there were extra blankets.

When we arrived I was worried that we were being scammed because when I messaged about our arrival we did not receive a message back and our calls were being ignored. However after some time a lady came to give us our key and show us our room. The bed was much more narrow than a double bed but we were still quite comfortable.

Valeria was great, very welcoming and available for our questions. The location was perfect - a local neighborhood with great restaurants and vibe, and walking distance (5 min) to the metro that takes you to most sights. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was also super comfortable.

Miss Valeria was very kind, and understanding, the room was clean and everything was provided including little shampoo and snacks.

The bed was a bit small for 2 people.

The location is great, a nice balcony with a view to the central street, Very helpful staff, helped us solve our problems and answered our requests very fast. Also the coffee and some snacks that were provided enabled us a fun Italian morning routine.

no bedside table and not the best plug location for charging multiple devices. Somewhat loud too.

amazing location, next to metro, walking distance from Vatican City. if you enjoy walking like I do - walkable distance from City! very clean room, good area to stay in!

can be a bit noisy from the cars on the street, but if your turn on the AC and close the window it is gonna be all good!
