The staff was very friendly, we arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to leave our luggages there, even though the room wasn't ready. The apartment is close to the subway station and there are a lot of nice restaurants close to it. Regarding the room, we were satisfied overall. In my opinion, I would make some improvements of the bathroom, for exemple the cabin shower was a bit shabby, but overall it was ok. I really liked the fact that we had a big mirror in the bedroom and big wardrobes. In the kitchen you can prepare your coffee in the morning, this was another good thing. I liked the fact that the apartment was cleaned daily. In conclusion, we were delighted with the accommodation. I would warmly recommend this place :)

Location, near the Vatican. Comfy bed, nice room, you have everything what you will need. Nothing special, simply good.

Difficult system of check in and opening the door. No mentioning of city tax (but its only 3,5EUR so its not a problem.

We stayed for one night, the location was close by a metro station so the commution was rather easy. It was clean and everything organised. The bed was comforatble and the balcony was really cool for sitting at night. Itseems that they also offer tours.

Eventhough the location was close by a metro, it needed 15minutes to termini. When we arrived by the door no one was there for check in and we didn't know where to do the check in because it is located in an apartment. I was communicating through booking.com to tell them that we arrived. It could have been better if they contacted us through whatsapp as other hosts do in Italy.

The room is bright and sunny. Clean and bed comfortable. Building is of a good quality.

All contact with owner is remote. They are prompt to reply but it makes the experience more cold. Not possible to leave bags on first day as only gain access to property after 2pm. Property is further from sights than I realised…approx an hour walk to attractions. There should be an additional blanket for cooler evenings

Very clean and nice. Aircon was a lifesaver especially after the intense heat from a hot day. Staff are friendly, close to the metro.

There's no reception or someone to greet you. Also the walls have no sound insulation so.. you can hear everything. The neighbours, what they're talking about. Everything.

Good value for money. Great location: 5min walk to Vatican and 1min walk to the metro station. The room was always clean and neat. The hosts were lovely and very helpful.

The external bathroom is not the most convenient, but it does the job.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the metro supermarket and 10 minutes from the Vatican. The cleaner came every day to clean which was good, the room is comfortable with big closets, TV and comfortable beds to sleep on.

The only thing I didn't like was that getting into the apartment on the first day until we got the keys was too complicated, if there weren't people who helped us we wouldn't have been able to get in on our own
