I wanted a no fuss, secure, great value stay, close to the Vatican and public transport - I got that and so much more! Pre my travel, the host gave me detailed instructions on how to catch public transport to the stay. Because of me not having a SIM arrival day, they communicated via WhatsApp as well as Booking.com, such that, at the airports I was transiting,  I knew what to do on getting to Rome; so comforting! Checking in is 24x7 due to a lock box! Very convenient. Elevator to the 4th floor, where the rooms are! Stay is 300 metres from Cipro station on the Metro-A line. I always felt safe even after midnight  as it is a central, well lit shopping and residential area. Lots of shopping food and dining around that area! When I needed some information or any help, I could call a number, but they were very responsive via WhatsApp. I needed a place to sleep and shower, with great value, and it was marvellous! The air-conditioning made the hot Rome nights, so comfortable! Great toilet, bidet, shower, bed, wardrobe, and small table. Over 5 nights, I saved so much money that it helped me take a tour of Pompeii, Amalfi, and Positano, with the money I saved!

Great location, nearby vatican city and metro station, lots of restaurants around the place, good communication with the owner and accomodation meet my expectations for the value. overall clean and safe. Housekeeping was very good.

Isolation isn't the greatest, at times you can hear other visitors throughout the wall, my room was located next to the road so whenever I've opened a window it was rather loud, vents could use some cleaning, also lights near to the bed (screws) could be tightened (but these are still minor issues).

I didn't have breakfast because I leave early for my meetings and I am not used to Italian food. I liked the cleanliness of the room and availability of water. The receptionist was highly responsive to queries.

It was difficult climbing to the fourth floor each time. I don't know if there was an elevator. Nobody to speak with. It was too lonely.

The room was nice .. we really appreciated Balcony :) cleaning lady was good too. Big thanks to guy Aldo on LINE -phone .. beauce he helped me with my documents i needed and find solution and send me what i needed.

Location close to metro. Could open windows. Well serviced. Lovely concierge.

everybody wrote about the hot wather.. we slept there 4 night was good we were with a dog and they changed our bed .. they are nice .. closly fir the center… i recommended them

We only had cold showers and the water pressure was weak but other than that everything was great
