Room was clean. We arrived around 11am, and we left our staff in the room. It is 15 minutes walk from the Vatican square. Street is very noise, but when you close the window you can sleep well.

You have many keys and many doors to open if you want to go inside the building, but we did not have a problem with that.

Hotel was amazing! The room was spacious and clean, and they cleaned it daily as well as refreshing our coffee supplies which we appreciated. Suzanna was fantastic - she met us at the front door to let us in and provided us with so many good recommendations for where to eat and things to do in Rome, I really don't think our holiday would have been as good as it was without them!

Our only tiny complaint is that the noise from neighbours came through at times, although this was never at unsociable hours (it was usually mid-morning or afternnon) and didn't impact on our enjoyment of the property at all.

The location is perfect if you want to be near Vatican City. The Vatican museum is 10 minutes away and the St Peter square 15 minutes walk. Also a metro station is close and a taxi stand which is very convenient if you want to take the taxi back to the airport. Restaurants and supermarkets all close. The pension has all you need for a couple of nights and is clean and we were welcomed friendly. You can leave the bags after check out in a separate closet.

We don't have any complaints. The road outside can be noisy because the traffic if that is something which bothers you. But we slept all through it :).

Communication with the staff is reactive & clear. They were incredibly kind in offering us an unexpected bottle of Prosecco for New Year The location is perfect for visiting the Vatican & Castle. The metro is very near by to access the rest of Rome, even if we preferred to walk the 1h through the beautiful streets of Rome to the Coliseum. Delicious restaurant just opposite the appartement building called "Coquinaria Antichi Saperi" which is cosy and quaint with modernized homemade italien dishes and very fine wines, cheeses and charcuteries

Unfortunately although the room is cleaned every day, with fresh towels and coffee refills and that there are only 2 rooms in the same appartement, the downfall is the building bad insulation. You can hear the birds chirping ( not singing), the siren of the police cars (even though the high street is a block away) and the radio of the neighbor every morning (luckily he does not listen to hard rock for breakfast ;-) The bed cushions were a little too firm for me and the duvet a little too short for my long body.

The location was great, quiet but close to the Vatican and a metro station to get around the city. They also came in daily to make the bed and take out the trash, which I didn’t expect, so that was a pleasant surprise.

The room was small, which is typical of Italian apartments. The bathroom had limited counter space. The bathroom would have benefited a lot from having a toilet paper holder and a towel bar to free up some counter space.

I travelled solo for the first time in Rome. The location is ideal, walkable to the metro and bus stop. The room was very clean and small with all the basics. Coffee machine comes in handy even though cafes and restaurants are literally at the door step. Staff communicated promptly and also allowed me to store my luggage, provided me eat plugs as I am light sleeper.

A microwave would be a good addition. The bathroom is a bit tricky to get in, you have to maintain the angle while taking a shower 🚿😉

Great location, close to metros so easy to get about. Staff were super helpful and overall felt very safe with out stay here.

The walls/windows are very thin so you can hear others in the area and traffic on the street. We stayed and had a thunderstorm which shook the windows a lot waking us, however you can’t help the weather.

I like that it had the basics. We felt very secure there. The bed was very comfy. The staff was very friendly.

I didn't do well in learning how to use the appliances to make coffee and tea. That is my fault though. I can not think about anything I didn't like about this place.

Great location near Vatican but not busy with tourists. Excellent, inexpensive restaurant right across the street (Coquinaria Antichi Saperi) which tries to reproduce food from previous centuries. Owner was VERY helpful when we forgot medicines in the refrigerator. 10/10 would rent again. Take train from airport to Rome Termini, then Metro to Cipro.

The location is incredibly practical- three minutes from the metro and very close to the vatican. There is food in walking distance and actually a fantastic restaurant hidden away directly across from the entrance. The property has a lot of charm and there is great responsiveness from staff.

Being central there is defiantly a lot of road and street noise at night - an authentic Italian city experience. Is fine with some ear plugs or noise canceling headphones.
