Ernesto and Paula, who are hosts and also the owners took care of us as of their own. The very nice and cheerful couple. Ernesto was going out of his way to help with any questions or concerns and served as a guide in the local neighborhood walking with me to stores or services I needed. Can’t beat location and the view Apart from the property, I got very important tips for anyone if you use public transportation, including traveling from cruise ship get first to Termini Rome and then take Metro to Ottaviano Metro station then you gotta walk only five minutes to get to the property. Do not get off on San Pedro Metro station or you’re gonna have to endure 30-40 minute grueling walk. Instead of Ottaviano, you can also get off on Cipro very next station, which is also about the same distance from the property. This station is larger and has an elevator if you have heavy bags If you take “hop on/off” IOBUS to get to Colloseum and need to pick up your tickets, make sure to get on the Emmanuel Monument stop (imposing white pallace). If you take Colloseum stop you will have to walk back 30 min uphill to validate your tickets. Any questions ask Ernesto, he’s your man! ;))

If you’re visiting Rome, you have to stay at this B&B. Ernesto and Paolo are the kindest, nicest most welcoming hosts we have ever had. Ernesto will take time to show you a map and highlight where to visit and where to eat etc which was very helpful for our first time. The location is perfect, we walked all around Rome and everything is within walking distance but just off the hustle and bustle so you can get a great nights sleep. The B&B itself was lovely and clean, rooms really spacious with everything you could need. Ernesto and Paola gave us fresh pastries and tea and coffee every morning and it was delicious and kept us full for a long time! Honestly, if you are contemplating it, just book this little gem as you will not be disappointed and you will meet one of the most genuine and nicest couples you will ever meet in your life. Absolutely nothing to dislike

The hospitality of its owners, Ernesto and Paola was second to none. Not only were they so warm and welcoming but Ernesto took the time to provide us with a map and take us through the city attractions and how we could get there. He also gave us great restaurant and cafe recommendations and helped us to get skip the line entrance tickets to the Vatican museums. Ernesto checked in on a daily basis to ask how our day went and to see whether there was anything else he could help us with, his kindness was so heartening. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location was fantastic. The location provided very convenient access to the Vatican museums, the metro, restaurants/cafes, supermarket (Todis) and other local amenities. Breakfast was included in our stay and was something we all looked forward to (even my 6 year old who made sure he got up on time not to miss out). We really appreciated chatting with Ernesto and Paola as we enjoyed our coffees and delicious pastries (as well as other items such as cereal, toast, juice and yoghurt). Ernesto and Paola genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to ensure their guests happiness and comfort. We left feeling like part of their family.

The location is exceptional and boasts the Pope as its celebrated neighbour. Very close to the Vatican Museum, St. Peter’s Basilica and Sant Angelo Castle. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and well lit with very effective air conditioning. Ernesto and Paola hospitality cannot be questioned, they’ll do almost anything for you to ensure you enjoy your stay. They are more than happy to share their knowledge of the Capital City, its restaurants, metro system, proximity of landmarks. Ernestos recommendations led us to beautiful areas of the City where we’d never previously ventured and wouldn’t have found without his interventions.

Excellent top star location. Lovely B&B with the most gracious hosts. Room is spacious, beautiful and overlooks the Vatican. Directly across street, easy access to walk to Vatican. Ernesto, the B&B owner/host has great suggestions of restaurants and local tips. Breakfast is perfecto. I highly recommend booking a stay especially if you are planning to visit the Vatican. We had noon Vatican tickets, checked in at 10 and when straight across the street, so easy!!! Excellent, accessible and lovely spot.

My Bed Vatican was in a great location for visiting the Vatican museums and there were lots of lovely little trattorias nearby; it was also easy to get into the centre on the metro or bus; Ernesto & Paola were fabulous hosts - they couldn't do enough for us and Ernesto took me straight to the travel agency upon arrival where I sorted everything I wanted to do very easily. Ernesto also gave really good restaurant recommendations. I would recommend a stay at My Bed Vatican - we had a fabulous weekend in Rome as a result and look forward to returning.

Location was great , it’s literally right outside the entrance to the Vatican, Ernesto and Paola are fantastic hosts and will treat you like family as soon as you arrive while giving you fresh croissants and coffee every morning, Ernesto will explain how to see all the tourist sites and give you a map of the city giving you information about good restaurants and shopping streets to visit , the rooms are clean and quiet too, overall this was a lovely stay and when I visit Rome again I would not choose anywhere else !

No English speaking tv but that didn’t bother me too much as I had my phone

Ernesto and Paola were very good hosts. They made us feel very welcome and they took care of our needs promptly, especially assisting us with information regarding what to do and see for first time visitors/vacationers. The location was beyond exceptional with many good restaurants, souvenir, grocery stores and accessibility to the Metro. The Vatican and Sistine Chapel is just across the street. The rooms are newly renovated. The bed is very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights. My wife and I will definitely stay again when we get back to Roma. Airport shuttle makes you feel a VIP. GOOD JOB and well-deserved compliments.

My stay at My Bed Vatican Museum was exceptional. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Vatican, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Ernesto and Paula made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality went above and beyond, from providing clear instructions to access the building to serving a delicious continental breakfast each morning. Traveling with my two 90-year-old parents, I appreciated their extra care and personal touch. They even helped us purchase Vatican and city tour bus tickets, guiding us through the process with kindness and patience. This level of service is something I doubt we would have received at a larger hotel. I can't recommend this place enough for its warmth, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

After booking My Bed Vatican Museum, host Ernesto was in touch to ask about travel details and gave clear directions for arriving at the apartment, and contacted us again before travelling. The location was great, being only 10mins walk from Cipro metro station and ultra close for our Vatican tour, with our window overlooking its walls and queue for the Skip the Line access. We received a warm welcome from Paola and Valentina who helped to orient us and provided us with top recommendations for our stay. MBVM is family-run, and with due care and attention given in good measure. Our room was of decent size, bright and clean with ensuite. Breakfast was served cheerfully by Ernesto, with complete with cappuccinos and croissants with fillings of our choice. After such supreme service, we would happily stay there again!
