Really good location - 200m from entry to the Vatican Museum. Around a lot of good restaurants. One of them is in the same house. The breakfast is in the opposite house in a small cafe. The staff was really kind and helpful. Pleasant accommodation with red wine as a welcome. :-) There was an iron and a small ironing board in the room. We could leave our luggage at the accommodation for almost the whole day and return for them in the afternoon time - all free of charge.

The bed was hard, but of course, that's a matter of person´s preference.

Very central location, within walking distance from the Vatican. Reasonable price for the center of Rome. Staff (Joseph) was helpful and friendly. It's just an apartment with three rooms and a hall, no hotel atmosphere.

Italian breakfast is included and it's served in a café just down the street. However, as it's Italian breakfast, it's very limited, just a coffee and a sweet bun or croissant. Not even orange juice was included and it cost €5. The café staff was very unfriendly.

the room is very confortable, we stayed for 3 nights. the location is great, 2 minute walk from the Vatican, 7 min to the nearest metro station, great restaurant at the corner. there was coffee and tea available, the hostess was very helpful.

the breakfast was in a bakery nearby. the service there was terrible, super rude and the options were just coffee and a sweet croissant. the entrance of the accomodation is not pretty, but the inside is confortable. the cleaning was ok, but the floor wasn’t swept during our stay.

i liked a staff. they were super kind and really helpful! location is also good, but its a touristic zone. coffee and a kitchen among facilities! i lived the entrance as well - those european glass doors are so attractive! a lot of groceries around.

a bit noisy, but its my call - i love when its quite and silently around. the breakfast is poor: just a low quality coffee of and sweet things from non italian bar near the hotel.

Everything was excellent: convenient location, the apartment was warm, and all the amenities were provided.

The Wi-Fi signal in the apartment was very weak, so I had to use mobile data instead.

Very nice and safe area. close to ottaviano metro. The host Cyntia was very available. There is a small fridge which is very useful. Central heating ... Will surely choose the same place if I return to Rome.

The mattress was not comfortable, the walls need some repainting.

Excellent location, lovely staff. I received a beer, a cola, a water and a juice from the house. Quick check-in, I found the key in the mini-safe at the entrance to the building according to the instructions received on whatsapp.

Breakfast meant only a croissant and a coffee, which we served at the bar opposite. The towels and bed linen were not immaculate, they were changed only once in four days.

Room needs a more in depth cleaning. Breakfast - it is advertised with breakfast which turned to be 1 croissant and 1 coffee.

The location is great as we stayed there during a tennis tournament taking place in Foro Italico. Very close to Vatican and landmarks too. The room was clean and modern, we liked it a lot.
