We had a fantastic stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was especially important as my partner was 7 months pregnant—she was able to rest well for all four nights. The room was modern, high spec, and absolutely spotless. The buffet breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of options. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay overall, but one small downside was the TV. It wasn’t a smart TV, which meant we couldn’t log into Netflix or other streaming services. Not a huge issue, but for the price, we expected a more modern setup. The available channels were mostly news, so entertainment options were quite limited. While this didn’t affect our overall experience too much, having a smart TV would have been a nice touch for added convenience.

We came to Rome as a family of four so the split levels in our room was really nice. The location is close to the Vatican and felt very safe, with lots of food options nearby. The facilities were excellent and the extra touches were very appreciated (bottles of water daily, slippers and robes). It felt like a luxury stay. Less than 10 minute walk to the metro. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Rome and/or the Vatican.

The AC was good, but the bed and the bedsheets were too warm - great for the winter, but probably needs something lighter for the warmer months.

The hotel is in perfect location if you plan on visiting the Vatican. The meeting point for our tour was just around the corner 1-2 min walking. However it far from other attractions like Colosseo, Trevi fountain. Rome isn't an easily walkable city and we either had to use metro or take taxis. The metro around the city doesn't cover all of the key areas where popular attractions are located. The Ottaviano metro station is located several blocks away on the intersection of via Candia and via Ottaviano - about a 5-10 min walk. The hotel room is equipped with a laptop sized safe for passports and valuables. It has a full length mirror. Very good lighting. Bottled water was provided and refilled daily. The room was of a decent size, very comfortable and clean. A buffet breakfast was very reasonably and good value with variety for 10€ pp. We didn't plan on Breakfast but we did it as it better than other options close by. We also were surprised of the hotel menu as well with drinks, wine and food reasonably priced ( better value than some of the nearby bars and restaurants) which is a good option as we didnt want to go out on some evenings.

While the area is great for a vatican visit, it isn't in a popular touristy location somewhat secluded and could be a bit lonely in the night.

Great location, 2 min walk to Vatican Museum and 5 min walk to Cipro metro station. All the staff were very helpful, from reception to breakfast room and cleaning. The breakfast was very good, lots of options. The room was clean, with very comfortable beds. There is a Todis supermarket around the corner if you need to stock up on water and snacks.

During my stay, the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, offering assistance at the drop of a hat. Having stayed here before, I chose this hotel again for its consistent quality, and it didn't disappoint. My room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary mod cons for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location near the Vatican and St. Peter's Square was incredibly convenient, making it a doddle to access these significant landmarks. In summary, the combination of friendly staff, well-maintained rooms, and proximity to major attractions, along with my previous positive experience, made my visit to Rome absolutely smashing. I highly recommend this hotel.

However, in the spirit of offering constructive feedback, it's fair to mention that the soundproofing was somewhat lacking. Despite the perk of my room being on the top floor, I found that, come morning, the sound of neighbours leaving their rooms and heading for breakfast was quite audible. It served as an unintended early morning wake-up call, which was a bit of a surprise.

The contienental breakfast was amazing (including pencake and smootie) and the Ladies who makes the coffee helps with all. The gym is small with a running, nordic ski and bike, 2 multifunctional equipment. The rooms are clean and the hotel is not at a busy street so it was great to slepp with open window. Lovely hotel to stay in Rome.

The sauna is "free all to use" between 16.00-21.00 but it is not true becuase if somebody pays 10 euro can book the sauna for private use anytime.

- very helpful staff - nice and clean room with everything you might need including small fridge and kettle; - nice sauna experience; - very good (I mean VERY) breakfast with a lot of options. Worth every extra euro; - service for luggage after check out; - super nice location 5 minutes from Vatican;

- a bit small bathroom without shelf or something to put clothes on; - room service was good, though a bit random when it comes to time; - hard to say if it’s a hotel problem, but mobile internet coverage in the room was horrible (might not be related);

We like everything in the property. We stayed in a family room which comes with two levels. It is space enough for a family. Our kids really enjoyed the room; space is quite good, each level has its own TV, beds are very comfortable, sleeping quality is excellent, bathroom is well maintained and spacious enough. The entire property is very clean and very friendly and excellent option for families. Breakfast options are very good; kitchen staff were very supportive in our requests. Property is located in a very nice neighborhood with some restaurants and a supermarket nearby. And most important, the reception staff were amazing and very friendly. They were supportive in all of our requests and queries we had asked. I would call a special thanks to all of them; they made our stay exceptional and memorable. I will definitely stay in this property anytime i visit Rome in future.

Great stay at this hotel, convenient to city bus, subway station and Vatican, laundry mat around the corner, staff was nothing less than great, restaurant was nice with a decent selection and food well prepared. The rooms were fine, yes they’re a little small compared to American hotels but honestly it works out fine, I’m not buying it, just using it for a week, besides if you’re spending a lot of time in the room you’re missing what you came for, to see Rome. If I ever return to Rome this is where I’ll stay.

Best stay we’ve had in a while for a “budget” hotel, didn’t feel like the usual ones in Europe at all. Rooms were big and well equipped with amenities, a mini fridge and others. Location was great and literally minutes from the Vatican or there was a bus stop (Candia) / metro (Cipro) to get to the city centre within 20-30 mins. Staff were amazing and very gracious, knowledgeable as well and always had service with a smile. Ricciardo at the bar was awesome too and gave us jugs of milk for our room for tea and coffee which was a lovely touch. All in all, this was my first stay in a Best Western hotel and I’ll definitely be coming back!
