I like the room as it's like a studio apartment. And i like the old elevator system very interesting experience. And most importantly, its very near to vatican museum (although i lost my way where it shouldn't). There are several cafe and restaurant nearby as well..

Perhaps can provide tissue, and there is no receptionist in place, so everything need to be contacted through chat which sometime might be slow, especially, when we need help f.e hiring car. But everything is working out well and they are very friendly.

Self check-in smooth and fast. Responsive, polite and always available host. Great water pressure in the shower, double windows eliminate noise from the street.

The rooms isolation from neighbours and the coridor ...:( You hear anyone enter/exit their rooms, and the cleaning lady started talking loudly on the phone just behind our door around 9h... it was too early for us, given that we had no luck with the neighbouring room, a toddler used to bang on the wall and 'sing' till 1-1:30 am :( maybe he was jetlagged, poor kid, but that was not fun for us. We really lacked a good sleep.

location near Vatican and also all other tourist sites if you like walking a bit :) Luckily, Rome has so many beautiful places, ut is a sin to take a metro. Tip #1: the accomodation is located on the address,, building A (on your left side), third floor :) Tip #2: right under the stairs there is a perfect gelateria, totally fell in love

some may miss classic receptu on desk, but you will just let the hotel know your time of arrival and an emloyee will be waiting for you.

Cozy room, spacious bathroom, helpful hosts, very near to vatican gate. Good value for price.

The nearest way from metro/bus station involves lot of stairs, it was difficult with heavy luggage, that area did not seem safe at night. The hotel in itself is good, the area below stairs has good super markets and eateries. The bath area itself was lil small, I kept on hitting door but that's rome for you haha.

Location is perfect if you plan to visit the Vatican Museums, it's a few meters from the entrance.

In Rome, depending on the type of property there are different city tax rates. But they charged us the same as if we were staying at a 5-star hotel, the highest amount possible. Yes, we knew we would have to pay city tax but didn't expect it to be so high, when it's basically a simple room not even bed and breakfast (no breakfast).

Very nice and communicative host, room was cleaned every day, great location (close to subway and Vatican city) - almost everything we visited on foot. Peaceful and safe surroundings.

We knew we have booked a place without a kitchen and i didnt expect it but a glass or a plate available would be nice :)

The location is perfect, close to the Vatican museum, and St.Peters Basilica . Cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is very clean and everyday cleaning service. Thank you for the host. He was very nice and kind, easy to communication and very quick to reply to any questions I had. It was comfortable and safe. I recommend it!

The location is great (near Cipro metro station). It is very clean. Bathroom is new and clean. And the staff (ALESSIO) is very friendly and helpful.

The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything. Bed could be more comfortable. And it would be better if there was a kettle in the room.

I chose Modern BnB because it is close to the Vatican Museum, but also to other attractions and the metro (4 min). The room was big and clean, which is very important to me. The staff cleaned it every day. The contact with the host was so easy via WhatsApp. He was so helpful with all the information about Rome, places. If I plan to go to Rome again, I would stay here again

Maybe change a type of door to help with the noise from the hall. But also have to mention that the host is not responsible for behavior of other guests

It was really nice to be so close to Vatican, the appartment is really good and fresh, it was nice that Alex provided the possibility to leave our luggage on the next day (after check out). He was really kind and friendly. Thanks a lot 😊

It wasn't easy to find the appartment because it is located where there are a lot of B&Bs so you have to call to Alex to know where to come, which doors, etc.
