For the price in Rome, it’s a great place to stay. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was quiet. I’m not sure about the reviews complaining about constant sirens going off or that the bed in room 2 was bad, but we thought it was all fine.

It was a bit disturbing when the managers sent me a picture of myself in the hallway when we came in telling us to use the correct bathroom. They were nice about it but it felt very intrusive. So be aware they are literally watching you. Also, as many others have said, the breakfast is quite bad and includes sugary processed foods with some bad quality meats and cheese in plastic wrapping (American cheese). Still worth staying there but something to be aware of.

Very good and helpful owner. She helped us book for airport transfer. Location is a 5star- at the heart of vatican 10mins walk to the Basilica. Property is very clean. Owner allowd us to leave our luggage safely inside the kitchen and provided us with courtesy key to enter property for our luggage.

Toilet is private but outside the room. Location is in the heart of vatican however exact location is quiet sketchy esp when at night, but Vatican is a safe city. The free breakfast is below basic not unless you are a very light eater. We were sharing the hallway and kitchen with 4 other people (2 couples) who dont speak english and it made us awkward eating with them and seeing them in the hallway going to the toilet as we barely talk. Owner scolded me on whatsapp only to realize she messaged the wrong person but she did apologize.

A street away from the Vatican entrance to the museums! You have a couple of súper market really close and plenty of restaurants as well. The breakfast is traditionally European bread, you have also ham and cheese in the fridge so for stronger breakfast there are plenty of options outside. Room was cleaned every day and I went with my 76 year old mom and she loved the lift because she can’t climb stairs easily. Bathroom is just crossing the hall, we barely met with the people of the other rooms but they were really polite and friendly.

The only warn is for light sleepers, not about the property at all the location is super nice but there is sound of sirens in average every 20 mins during the day ( there are like 3 hospitals by the zone) and in rush hour Italians have no fear of using the claxon. The windows keep the noise out nicely! But just a warn if you decide to sleep with the window open and you are a light sleeper 😁

The property was in an excellent location making it easy to reach anywhere. Supermarket, restaurants and shops also all within a few metres. The whole B&B was decorated very well with lots of personal touches. The tea & coffee facilities were a welcome bonus. Breakfast was ideal for us, pasties, bread, meat/cheese and yoghurts plentiful for you to help yourself to in a relaxed way. Flavia is a great host, kept in touch throughout and was polite and friendly.

Location is great. Much recommended if you would like to be close to Vatican. Cafes and restaurants near by are great. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is average. It might be improved with high quality and healthier food options.

The B and B was very charming, rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Each bathroom was nice and clean. The self serve breakfast suited us perfectly and was well stocked each day. Flavia was a brilliant hostess, she was in regular contact with us prior to arrival, organised transfers and was always on the end of the phone if we had any questions. She went the extra mile by providing balloons and wine for our daughter who was celebrating her birthday, this made her day. The price of the B and B was very reasonable.

It was clean and the owner was so helpful organizing our pick up and drop of at the airport for us. The breakfast selection was amazing.

If I was to say anything wrong about it would be the lack off hot water for a shower

Location. Room and bathroom.. kitchen facilities..ease of communication. Overall quite good

1) Breakfast spread was same every day, it as should have some change and variety 2) Walls are thin, one can hear loudly other doors opening and closing, walking thuds noise on passage

The hosts were extremely helpful, above and beyond to get the stay and trip started with excellent communication. The location could'nt have been any better for us. Located a stones throw from the Vatican and walking into and out of the city was easy from there. Great nearby public transport facilities. We would not think twice about rebooking a stay here. Many thanks for being excellent hosts and being a part of our magnificent stay in a most beautiful city.

Comfortable, clean, stuff was amazing and really helpfull. Location is great, 3 minutes from Vatican.

We had our bathroom, but it was in the shared space so it is not completely private.
