A wonderful room in a cozy stylish bed & breakfast hotel is a family business run by 2 sisters, Valentina and Chiara. Newly renovated, perfectly clean, high quality standards, taste and style are felt in everything: bed linen, plumbing, dishes, decor. And what is very important - a very comfortable mattress and pillows, I slept great. Valentina met me personally to hand over the keys, she showed the room and told me about the places worth visiting, and was in touch with me throughout my stay, helping with advice. Chiara laid a delicious, varied breakfast every morning from high-quality fresh products. I was very lucky, I am a vegetarian and Chiara, taking this into account, offered me dishes for my diet. We became friends, Chiara gave me a gift before leaving, it was so unexpected and pleasant. You can be sure that these amazing hostesses will make your stay comfortable, tasty and unforgettable. The hotel is located next to the Vatican, there are many cafes and shops nearby, the Otraviano metro station is a 5-minute walk away. Termini station is 6 metro stops away (8 minutes underground), total time is about 20 minutes. Nice, quiet, safe area, great value for money. I recommend it. 10/10. Host was lovely - really friendly and helpful on arrival. Great location, right next to the Vatican City. Everything you need in the surrounding streets i.e pharmacy, markets, eateries, transport. Room was serviced each day (beds made) however fresh towels not provided.

Shower could do with an upgrade - didn’t feel the cleanest due to the age of it. The shower head also didn’t stay in place when you turned it on when standing outside. Water also tends to leak out the door, possibly a seal issue. The aircon in the room doesn’t tend to go that cold and fully lower the room temperature so was very hot at times and noisy to sleep with (early September).

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and Vatican City as well as metro stations, if necessary. It is still very quiet, which was nice. The manager/owner, Valentina, is really lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy, especially the bed. The breakfast room is also very nice and tasteful. We would absolutely recommend staying here and probably will stay here again ourselves the next time.

Our room looked a little bigger in the pictures, but it was no problem for us because we stayed for one night. The only thing we aren't sure about was the breakfast situation. We didn't know if we could just help ourselves to whatever we liked or if we should wait to be served, so it felt a little awkward to ask for extra toast or coffee.

Location was excellent, (just round the corner from entrance to Vatican Museums), rooms were large and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. A list of recommended restaurants and facilities given by host on arrival which proved very useful.

Bathroom shower needed some maintenance (descaling and tightening). No coffee or milk in room on arrival, but host was happy to provide when asked.

Valentina is a very good, heartwarming host. She gave good tips for shopping, city tips and a touch of home far away from home. She is a valuable asset for the business

Changing towels every 3 days was the environment freindly house rule, but not changing dirty towels for more than 5 days is not acceptable. The cleaning service needa to be improved.

Very vlean, very comfortable, very tasteky decorated and location is very close to vatikan city and easy transportation 3-4 minutes to metro station and many busses to reach everywhere in Rome also in walking 30 minutes to piazza navona. And the most important the owner lady is very nice, nice beeakfast not much but tasty. I felt like at home and Valentina the owner lady made me feel like I am her guest.the staff is also very kind.

The room was beautiful, perfect for our stay. Excellent facilities, including a mini fridge for necessities. Wonderful bathroom with walk-in shower and ample storage throughout. The owners are so lovely and helpful. Breakfast is perfect for setting you up for the day. There is no need to worry about finding somewhere to eat, amazing restaurants at every turn. However, if you are looking for a gluten-free restaurant, you must go to Mamma Eat Lab, its within easy walking distance, the food is amazing.

The property and host were amazing, great location. Our host was able to help us with taxi service, restaurants while we were there. Unfortunately, due to a fall and bad ankle sprain we not able to attend tours of the Coliseum and spent wo of our days in the room. We would highly recommend the Vatican Chic and would stay there again on our next trip to Rome.

Very nice location if You are a foodie and want to visit the best spots to eat. Even at B&B, the Owner would share the list of nice places to go to. Breakfasts are awesome and in simple words, We couldn't have more. Best value for money- nice, fresh, clean big room and the Owner with Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Awesome!

This is not a hotel, therefore we loved having the security of having a host there to ask questions but loved that we felt independent so it really was the best of both worlds. A room within an apartment was absolutely ideal for us. Hosts were both lovely and very helpful with maps provided and questions answered. Room spotlessly cleaned every day. Breakfast was continental and plentiful, served or you can help yourself.

When we arrived we were unsure where to go at first and spent a bit of time going up and down the first staircase but once we headed to the rear staircase we found it no problem. A suggestion might be on the post box to put Scala III then that might help point people in the right direction. As soon as we found it we were welcomed and shown our room which was lovely.
