Lovely accomodation, looks like the pictures, the room was spacious, the bed was quite comfy (a bit softer than we are used to), working ACC is a must in summer in Rome! There is an equipped kitchen, where you can grab some basic breakfast (some croissants, cookies, yoghurt, coffee and tea). The location is perfect for a trip to Vatican which is very close, you can either walk to the city centre or take the subway nearby (like 3 minutes walk).

Nothing to complain about

The host here is extremely helpful--he took my delayed luggage from the courier and had it waiting for me when I arrived! Otherwise I'm not sure I would have been reunited with my bag. The setup here is very nice: a shared kitchen space, with equipment and some breakfast items, and then a large entryway that leads to the individual rooms. Each one has an en suite bath. Location is fantastic: in the midst of great shopping, restaurants, and transport options as well as near the Vatican. Elevator is a real plus.

The location was perfect access to the Vatican. I could walk and there were many great food options in the area. The small breakfst available in the apartment was enough for a light breakfast.

What I didn't like was that the keys got a little stuck when opening the doors. Also it was on the second floor but the elevator did work but only one person at a time.

My partner got bit uncomfortable with the common area/kitchen first but he liked it at the end like talking to the other guests or having breakfast there. The host was also reachable as well. There are lots of restaurants in this area. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

It is not about the accomodation. but the public transport is not reliable here. To go to all the touristy spots by bus, extra time needs to be allocated.

Great location close to the Vatican. Loads of nice restaurants and local shops near by and also a metro stop. Easy to find. Great to have an elevator in an older building so bring our bags up and down as it would be a lot of stairs to carry heavy luggage. Room was really clean with strong air con for the hot Roman days.

Mattress and pillows are very hard but nothing I wouldnt stay in again overall. A small, slight bit noisy from neighbours but nothing over the top or in very unsociable hours.

The room is very quiet, there is a common area with a fridge where you can leave your stuff, shared with 2 other rooms. Flavio was very attentive, he even prepared some things to have breakfast (we are vegan so we couldn't enjoy all of them, but it was a nice detail and the coffee was great) . Also he let us leave our luggage some time after the checkout which was very useful because our flight was in the afternoon.

Rome was the first place in our 10 days trip to Italy and this place gave us excellent start for weaving great memories of the trip. Wow. Words are less to say how cute and well designed the place is. It has everything one need in a room. Elaborately spacious room, beautifully decorated with a super clean bathroom. Host was very friendly and go out of his way to help us everytime we ask for something. There was unlimited tea/coffee, fruits and snacks available for the guests 24/7 kept in the dining area. He allowed us to keep our luggage there after check out which made our sightseeing easier. The building has a very unique lift which is a memorable experience too. The location is in the heart of the city. Also host guided us so well to check in at odd early hours which made us feel so safe too. Highly recommended

Location is perfect and the owner Flavio is friendly and helpful he was very attentive I will definitely will be back because of it, apart the location has very good restaurants in the surroundings and it is only 10 mins walking from the Vatican we loved it

We loved the comfiness of the bed, everything was super clean and we were provided a complimentary chocolate which is always a nice touch. It is very cosy and feels super safe. Flavio was a very kind and generous host.

The shower was slightly small, but it was hot and powerful so that is the most important thing.

Close to the subway, close to the Vatican, close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, fast foods, not far from the other tourist attractions. Everything is clean, a kitchen is available with milk, cereals, coffee, tea.
