Great location-near metro, many eating establishments and Vatican. Building elevator was very nice and convenient to have on the property to take suitcases up and down. Rooms were clean, insulated and quiet, from neighbors and street noise.

The floor of the shower is elevated (pedestal). When someone transitions from a shower to lower floor, in wet feet, you could easily slip and fall down and hurt themselves (as we almost did). Strategically installed grab bars may help. Hair blower cable is pinched in the wall and could short out causing explosion and hurt someone.

Great location near the Vatican. Loved that the room had a fridge, kettle, water bottle, balcony with table and chairs where you could have tea overlooking the city

In my opinion, the cost of a room over 100 euros does not correspond to the facilities. I read that the room is about 10 square meters, but I did not expect to have two sheets instead of a duvet cover, and one of the curtains was not fastened completely. Maybe this is normal in Rome, it's just that in other cities I've rented rooms 3 times cheaper with better value

The staff here are very helpful, welcoming and friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The location is close to the Vatican and has a metro link very close by which was handy. The neighbourhood was very nice and active, we always felt safe and there were great places around to stop and eat/drink. The bed was spacious and very comfy and the air conditioning was great to come back to after a long day! The room had everything we needed, safe, fridge, tv and was really clean and well maintained.

The city centre was a bit far away and sometimes it was a bit of a walk to get back to the hotel if we were not close to a metro or bus station. The shower was very small and not comfortable to use due to the size, it definitely needs an update!

I loved how chic and cozy was the room! Very clean, very close to Vatican and staff was great. You had the feeling like you are at home. Space was amazing for 3 adults 2 kids. Everyone had their side of the bed which worked amazing! Overall I will give a 10/10 and if I ever come back to Rome I sure will return back to this guest house! It’s great. Andreea

The room’s door are not too thick. You can hear the noise from the hall. Talking of the staff was waking us up pratically every day around 8-8:30, which was good on the other hand because it motivated us to get up 😅 There could be more non-sweet options available for the breakfast, but I still appreciate at least one, which was very good!

The hotel is quite near the Vatican and metro with decent trattorias and cafes nearby. The room was fairly spacious with a good sized bathroom. Tiled floor throughout. Daily room cleaning good. Self check in fairly straight forward.

The hotel is located on a fairly busy road so opening the window at night was not really an option. Mattress could have been better.

First of all, the Concierge was very kind. We had a lot to dicuss bevore we arrived and even if the reception was closed, he picked up the phone and answered all questions. The breakfast was helt in the hotelroom because there is no dining room but breakfast at the hotelroom was very nice.you get a multiple choise paper form where you can pick your breakfast. Quite nice. The room was Clean and neat and every day came a Maid who cleaned the room, gave us new towels and made up our beds. At least we can say: thank you very much and we Always would book this Hotel again.

The host was very helpful and kind, had lots of information to share. Room was comfortable and clean with a cafe on the corner and the metro just outside. Highly recommend!

The plugs in the room itself were too thin to fit our adapters correctly, the one in the bathroom was fine. They still worked just didn't go in all the way. Also the bathroom door handle came off when trying to pull it shut from the outside. Both very minor things!

- Overall the property is great, there was no issues of significance. The only things worth noting is that the bathrooms are dated (but still completely functional), and that other properties in the building were quite noisy. I would still highly recommend the property as these are only small issues.

The room was well equipped and clean. The location was great and near many good restaurants and convenience stores, and there was even a pharmacy downstairs. Staff was super nice and helpful.

The shower was super small and I could barely extend my arms. The mattress has a pit in the centre so the two sides of the bed were slightly inclined.
