This was a great fine! They have a total of 3 rooms and our family booked all 3 of them. At first we thought we should stay on the other side of the river, but this place worked out great (very close to the Vatican). It is just a couple of blocks from the subway station (be careful of pick pockets) so it was convenient to get around Rome. There was a very nice breakfast spread with hard boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit and a coffee machine that was ready each morning by 7:30. There was a convenient elevator to use for anyone not wanting to walk up several flight of stairs. The place was very clean and modern. I would gladly stay here again!

Checking in wasn't the best. We had let the host know our arrival time, so we thought someone would be there to greet us. Since no one was there, we weren't sure what to do. It turns out she was checking someone else in at another location! It was only about a 15 minute delay, but after traveling 24 hours it is always tough to arrive at a new place in another country with no one to greet you. There was no way for us to get in without our host and she had not communicated to us that she would be delayed. So, it was a bit stressful as we waited since we had no idea when she would arrive.

Staying at St. Peter FortyTwo was a pleasant surprise. Cythnia was a wonderful host. The family apartment we stayed in was spacious and plenty of room for 4 people. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket across the road. It is very close to the Vatican City. It is also only a 25-minute walk into Rome central. All round a very comfortable apartment for a 2-night stay in Rome, we loved it!

The lift wasn't working when we left, the apartment is on the 4th floor, so it was difficult to get our suitcases down the flight of stairs.

The location is an easy walk to the Vatican as well a Metro station. There are lots of eating establishments close by. The walk to the Metro had a plethora of shopping opportunities. We dealt with Cynthia and she is amazing.

There is some construction on the street that made it difficult for taxis to navigate. There is also some repairs on the walkway into the courtyard which at first was distracting. But it was all good.

Excellent location to the Vatican. Bed and Breakfast was small and intimate with big modern rooms, bathroom and comfortable Beds. Continental breakfast in small dining area was sufficient. Hosts was very kind, knowledgeable of the area, very welcoming and made you feel at home. I would stay there again if visiting Rome and wanted to stay near the Vatican.

Rooms are extremely spacious. Amenities are fully supplied.

The old-style elevator broke several times during our stay. We had to climb up and walk down for 5 flight of stairs.

The location is just a few minutes' walk from the Vatican. You can see the Vatican wall when you stand outside the property. There are plenty of food options around, and the host was accommodating and easy to reach. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the Violet room and it was huge, two double bedrooms and a lovely big bathroom with a shower, ample space for a family. It was spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned daily. Location was perfect, close to the Vatican and amenities, couldn’t fault a thing about this amazing accommodation.

Very nice, clean, well kept B&B with awesome location ( glocery stores, restaurants, bus stops are around corner; Museum Vatican is 5 minutes walk). Also the room is spacious for a family of three, with nice room service. Definitely will be my first choice if I will come to Rome again.

It is in a good location, an easy walking distance to almost all must see sites. It has very clean fscilities, the room was just sbout right for 3 people. Daily bfast was deliciiohsly abundant with different choices and good portions. Coffee is available all day. The amenities especially the bathroom was awesome, big, modern and very clean looking. It is the only booking out of the 5 we made in different locwtions that offered slippers which we really spprecisted and put them to good use from Rome, Florence, Venice, Milan, Paris and London. Your slippers literally did go a long way. The propertty manager, Cynthia was very nice, welcoming and easy to communicate with.

Can’t think of anythink we dis not like.
