The flat is on 6th floor of a big building, like 5 minutes of walk to Vatican. It is small, but just enough for 3 night stay. Close to the building is the Ottaviano station. The owner, Paolo, helped us in every way we needed. We could even check in earlier and he opened the door remotely. Every day we had 2 bottles of water in our room and a voucher for breakfast (coffee + croissant) in a nearby café, which I highly recommend!!( in the afternoon they have the best gelato!!) Right next to the entrance of the flat is a pizzeria and a supermarket. Everything is really close by, the location is perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Room Inn Vatican and I can honestly say that I highly appreciate that accommodation experiences. The communication was top-notch; Paolo was incredibly responsive and ensured that I had all the information I needed for my stay. The accommodation itself was beyond expectation. It was immaculately clean, decorated and equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Location, it couldn’t have been better! Overall, I highly recommend staying at RIV

One of the best accommodations we ever had. Location is perfect, walking distance to the Vatican, lots of locals, bars of higher ranking in the neighborhood, but also some great streetfood as well. Paolo is super nice and helpful. This place gives you far more than you’d expect- these little things (bottle of water, beverages in the bathroom, voucher for breakfast) leaves you with gratefulness.

We stayed for 4 nights. It was in a very comfortable location, next to Vatican and 5 min walking distance from Ottaviano metro station. The room was very clean, they were cleaning everyday. The area where the room is located is pretty nice with plenty of restaurants, shops, Cafés. There is also a small supermarket next to the room. The host, Paolo, was the kindest guy and explained us thoroughly how we can reach the room. It was also very helpful that when we checked out, he gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage and come back later to take them.

It's an apartment modified to accommodate four separate rooms with their private bathrooms. The problem with this, is that the rooms are not really soundproof. Also the breakfast provided in the café consists of a coffee and a small croissant (very tasty however). So the included breakfast should not be your critical factor. Overall the room was nice and clean, greatly located, excellent host, but with poor breakfast. I recommend it but I wouldn't describe it as value for money.

Location, location, location! Right next to the Vatican. Clean room as nice host. Breakfast was ok. Some pastries, tea, coffee or chocolate.

Sometimes there are a whistle in the room. Seems to be connected with some water pump or something like that because it happened when we (or others guests) took shower.

Great communication from the host who also checked in frequently during our stay to see if any assistance was needed. Location was convenient, close to metro station and the Vatican. Nice historic building.

Bed was a little too firm.

Our stay for 3 nights was excellent! Very good location, close to a metro station, with access to all attractions, next to the Vatican. Very good communication about anything with the host Paolo! Very good morning treat of coffee and croissants in a nearby cafe! We were very pleased and will definitely prefer it again!!

Great Location near Vatican and shopping and restaurants. Paolo was a great host, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Rome. The Italian breakfast at a local pastry shop nearby is fantastic addition along with coffee and tea in the room with daily cleaning and water bottle replacement . Rooms are on the 6 floor so an elevator is a great plus !

Our stay at Room Inn Vatican was excellent Paolo was an excellent host he was very friendly and helpful if you had a question about buses etc Our room was big and so fresh with beautiful fresh sheets and pillows the bed was so comfortable.The room had tea and coffee facilities and Paolo left bottled water everyday which is a really nice touch.Location is excellent 5minute walk to the Vatican plus near to buses that will leave to other area’s too. Room Inn Vatican is surrounded by plenty of cafes bars and restaurants we were really happy with our stay and will definitely return.

Loved the location- right beside the Vatican, supermarket and cafes/ restaurants nearby. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Daily room service. Safe and secure

Walls thin- can hear people talking next door. Someone banged on my wall as I was talking on the phone early am from overseas
