The location was excellent.

Minor things: I wish they had a grab bar, soap/shampoo holder, and mat for the shower. The floor was a bit slippery.

Perfect room, just like the photos! Very cozy, great view near the Vatican and close to the metro station Ottaviano! The guy at reception very polite and helpful. He was stand by at what’s up for whatever we needed and the check in was very easy. Also the breakfast at a cafe next to our room was perfect!!

The cleaning lady was coming everyday but she was forgetting every time something in our room and she didn’t do the floor very good but the room was clean and we had fresh towels!

The location was great! Right at the vatican! Can't get any closer. The manager answers questions via test quickly and are staff is friendly.

The shower/bathroom are small. The breakfast is provided by a restaurant next door. So you have to go outside to eat. They really don't open until 8:30 am so if you have to leave early you could miss breakfast. The food was good no issues at all.

the location was really great, and even though it is located next to a busy street our room was quiet (room nr.2) In the street borgo pio are a lot of restaurants and the breakfast next door was good too. the metro isn't too far away and you can reach a lot by walking from there. the host was really friendly and helped anytime we had questions. (if you need to go to the airport on a sunday it's better to go by taxi)

The staff were very flexible, kind and helpful, the remote check-in works very well, the breakfast is very delicious, all three of the options. The location is very good, the Vatican is just a 4 minutes walk from here and the metro line where you can acces most of the city is also an 8 minutes walk away. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would recomment for everyone!

Room was clean large and pleasant. Breakfast in a restaurant very close to the hotel. Choice was very limited, restaurant staff was not equal: some pleasant some unpleasant. Only one coffee was allowed. Restaurant was not really clean.

Mainly breakfast. The hotel agent was only available by phone except one hour in the morning where he was at the hotel.

Bright, clean and wonderfully located. We could see the St Peter’s basilica dome from our room. Room and common areas were newly renovated and really nice. Remote check in was easy. Tommy was very helpful. The old school lift in the building was really cute. We could leave our baggage in the reception after checking out, which was super convenient. Thanks for a great stay.

The wifi unfortunately did not reach our room. The shower water pressure was so weak, it was only a trickle. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was ok but not much choice. Building nice and secure, and tea coffee facilities nice touch

Internet failed first day but staff facilitated a work around. Shower head could probably do with looking at.

Closeness to St Peters Basilica, perfect place. We were there to pay homage to the late Pope Francis. Checkin was super easy, Tommy was very helpful. Place like new, clean. Super breakfast at Ago and Lillo Bistrot close by. Thanks for everything, I highly recommend Domus Porta Angelica!

Air conditioned , clean , very nice and accommodating receptionist. Cleaning facilities as required . Close to vatican, shops (souvenirs, food , supermarket) and bus stop is in walking distance

There was construction work going on during our stay which made it quite noisy but understandably it is not the properties fault.
