To visit the Vatican, the location was perfect - literally across the street. Room was nicely updated, comfortable bed, mini-fridge, tea kettle, safe in room. Continental breakfast brought to our room each morning was lovely. Very nice to allow us to leave our bags before check in and after check out. Staff - outstanding!

Location was very good! If you are fan just to walk and sit around even later in the evening, then theres nice buzz going around the hotel and nearby, but not too loud. Also as Vatican closeby - lots of security and police around, I felt so safe walking alone at night. Lots of gelato, cafes and restaurants just around the corner, also small but good store just across the street. We arrived at night and got clear instructions, how to enter the room, everything was smooth and easy. Breakfast was served to the room, that was unusual for us, but we got used to it right away. Communication with stuff was easy and clear, thanks for the people working there, we felt noticed and our special requests were taken care of really well. Rooms were modest, nothing luxurios, but everyting was clean and spacious, we did not miss a thing. If anything, we will miss the time spent there, it was really nice stay!

I loved the location ! Less than 10 min walk to St. Peter’s basilica! Lots of cafes and shops around . So many restaurants options also! Bonus was the metro was also close by. The staff , Paula especially was so friendly and accommodating when we arrived . The room was perfect for my family of 4. We will be staying here in the future !!!

Nothing. The noise from the street was barely even noticeable based on other reviews. I had a friend staying in the next room and they couldn’t hear my kids or my hair dryer ! I have no negative reviews at all.

What really set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect, from offering fantastic recommendations on where to eat and what to see, to assisting with any requests in a prompt and friendly manner. The warm hospitality truly made me feel at home in a bustling city like Rome.

Overall? There was nothing to point out other than minimal nitpicks - some marks on the walls, but it was just dried paint. Everything was clean, comfortable and great to use.

I would everything about the place, the people and the location are topmost. The free breakfast is a bonus and the staff make sure to check with you everyday. It is a 5 mins walk to the Vatican- St. Peter's Basilica and Museum and center to taxi and metro. There are so many excellent restaurants around, a supermarket across the street, even a Jollibee ( to my fellow Filipinos) 2 blocks away.

The staff were friendly. The accomodation was very clean. The accomodation was in close walking distance to the main Rome attractions.

The breakfast was basic. It was a continental breakfast. The accomodation could improve by providing fresh pastries, instead of shop-bought alongside the cereal options. The accomodation can also be loud with other rooms on either side and street noise.

perfect spot for the Vatican and wandering around

Location and building was good, not in the heart but very close to main street, some good cafes and supermarkets nearby but still quiet enough; distance to Vatican very short; and Trasteverte was 15-20 mins walk; but required shortish bus ride to historic center. Stuff was helpful

Room was ok but could be a bitl arger for 4 pax..One make shift bed was OK but also could have been a bit more robust, breakfast was more on pre-prepared food, no eggs or other fresh options were available other than coffee.

The room overlooked the Vatican which was a stones throw away. Easy to access restaurants, bars, shops, metro. The bed was ultra comfy and room so clean. Breakfast was brought to room each morning and was plentiful (you ordered the previous day). The staff were charming too, which makes a world of difference.

The shower was very temperamental, turned from hot to very cold without adjusting, almost like it had run out of hot water. Unfortunately very noisy at night as windows weren't that good. Sounded like you were at the speedway track.
