To visit the Vatican, the location was perfect - literally across the street. Room was nicely updated, comfortable bed, mini-fridge, tea kettle, safe in room. Continental breakfast brought to our room each morning was lovely. Very nice to allow us to leave our bags before check in and after check out. Staff - outstanding!

Location was very good! If you are fan just to walk and sit around even later in the evening, then theres nice buzz going around the hotel and nearby, but not too loud. Also as Vatican closeby - lots of security and police around, I felt so safe walking alone at night. Lots of gelato, cafes and restaurants just around the corner, also small but good store just across the street. We arrived at night and got clear instructions, how to enter the room, everything was smooth and easy. Breakfast was served to the room, that was unusual for us, but we got used to it right away. Communication with stuff was easy and clear, thanks for the people working there, we felt noticed and our special requests were taken care of really well. Rooms were modest, nothing luxurios, but everyting was clean and spacious, we did not miss a thing. If anything, we will miss the time spent there, it was really nice stay!

I loved the location ! Less than 10 min walk to St. Peter’s basilica! Lots of cafes and shops around . So many restaurants options also! Bonus was the metro was also close by. The staff , Paula especially was so friendly and accommodating when we arrived . The room was perfect for my family of 4. We will be staying here in the future !!!

Nothing. The noise from the street was barely even noticeable based on other reviews. I had a friend staying in the next room and they couldn’t hear my kids or my hair dryer ! I have no negative reviews at all.

The room was amazing! It was clean and comfortable, just like the photos. The staff was very helpful and kind. Easy check in and check out. The location is super cool, just a few minutes from Basilica and very close to the metro station. The neighbour was safe and clean. Extra bonus the breakfast in the room. We definitely recommend it, and we will choose it again for sure! Thank you guys, we had a good time there!

Everything was really amazing.

We had such a great stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. A special shoutout to Kimberly, who stayed overtime to help us with a cancelled flight. The location is just a few minutes' walk from the Vatican City, on a vibrant street full of restaurants and bistros. Since the apartment is on the first floor above the street, I was initially worried it might be noisy at night—but once you close the windows, the sound insulation is so good you don't hear a thing.

What really set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect, from offering fantastic recommendations on where to eat and what to see, to assisting with any requests in a prompt and friendly manner. The warm hospitality truly made me feel at home in a bustling city like Rome.

Overall? There was nothing to point out other than minimal nitpicks - some marks on the walls, but it was just dried paint. Everything was clean, comfortable and great to use.

A wonderful stay in the Prati area, just steps away from Vatican City. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, while the team was exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend it for a family stay in Rome, as the paved roads make it easy for strollers and trolley luggage. Plus, there’s a great selection of restaurants and cafés nearby, and Ottaviano metro station is just a few steps away.

Location is amazing for the price. I could see Piazza Risorgimento and the S. Pietro Dome from my window. Bathroom and room were both very clean, the staff was lovely and the breakfast, although it was nothing special, was worth it considering the price!

Maybe improve the sound isolation of the room from the door since I could listen to the people entering and talking outside, but nothing too problematic!

Location was perfect, close to St Peter’s Square, lots of restaurants around to choose from, only 30-35 mins by taxi to the airport . Breakfast was very carefully prepared by staff, however, not very good with diabetics as there were more of carbohydrates and sugary stuff. Could do with more protein diet,i.e., full English breakfast ? Might attract more customers in the future
