Our stay at this gem of a bed and breakfast in Rome was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the warm and attentive hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They contacted me before my arrival to set up a meeting time. One of the owners is always on site in the morning to offer a delicious breakfast and to provide excellent local tips and personalized service, making our visit truly memorable. The rooms are clean and quiet. Ours had a stunning view of the Vatican that made every morning special. Their prime location between the Vatican and a subway station, allows easy access to major attractions while offering a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring the Eternal City. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone seeking a comfortable Roman experience with an incredible view and caring hosts.

I stayed at the Picture of Rome with my mother whose dream was to visit Rome. The Picture of Rome is in the most perfect location- approximately 5 minutes walk to St Peters Basilica which was great for my disabled mother. The owners made sure we felt comfortable and advised on places to eat and taxi. Breakfast was so yummy and always fresh. We honestly couldn't have chosen better place to stay. I recommend this place to everyone 👌

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable. Mini fridge -essential for storing bottles of water. Good Air Con (essential for summer in Rome) Close to Metro, shops, grocery stores and many, many restaurants. It was a stones throw from the Vatican. Room was a little bit tight for space but that was my choice, because I left it to the last minute to book! But it’s worth noting that we only used the room for sleeping because we were out all day from early morning til nighttime, so in this situation the size of the room wasn’t an issue. Next time I will book a bigger room. Airport bus just 10mins from property. Owners/managers incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would be delighted to return for another visit.

Ale, Dani and Edo the hosts of B&B A Picture of Rome really care about making their guests feel comfortable and special. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Our room had a breathtaking view of the Vatican and the panorama of Rome. There was no question of any noise from other rooms or the corridor reaching us, although we did meet other guests at the delicious breakfast, so we were not alone. We are quite demanding when it comes to accommodation but this one is perfect! Guys I will be recommending you and hope to see you again.

Everything was perfect - great location for exploring Rome and the Vatican, spacious, clean and well-equipped room, excellent breakfast. All the owners were very nice and helpful - we were able to check in early immediately after arrival, we were given tips on what to visit and on the last day they even stored our luggage after check-out until departure according to our needs. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Rome.

The room was minimalistic but decent enough for resting after a long day touring Rome. Shower is kind of small and noticed some mold in the ceiling of the bathroom. But the most important is the value and service that the host provided. They are very attentive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this B&B for the price and excellent service from the host.

The location was perfect - right across from Vatican City and an easy walk to the heart of Rome. Tons of restaurants and available transportation (taxi, bus) right our door, yet not as busy as the heart of Rome. Room was a good size, the staff was very accommodating, easy to reach and spent time with us to provide a ton of great information to make our stay that much better (including making a reservation for us!). Room was super clean and fit a family of four very well. Looking forward to returning! Picture is at the front door of B&B Picture of Rome.

- super friendly and helpful hosts, all 3 of them! - the location is great to do sightseeing and has nice restaurants around - great breakfast and coffee, always with a nice chat and good tips for sightseeing - the cooperation with the parking works fine and is an absolut win, if you travel by car - we loved it!

- the rainforestshowerhead didn't work, so we had to use the other one

Very good location, the guys who are running the place are friendly and ready to help with any questions. The breakfast is quite ok for a B&B in Rome and all in all you see the effort that is made so that the guests fell well there.

Everything was just as expected, but adding a touch more coziness could elevate the ambiance and create an even more inviting, home-like atmosphere.
