The apartment was cosy and nice, and most importantly very clean. The beds are really comfortable., Location excellent - just 5 minutes' walk to Otaviano metro station. Hosts Synthia and her husband are the nicest people, very helpful and suppprtive. At the next visit to Rome, would definitely choose the same place.

Right next to the Vatican wall. Saint Peter Square entrance just a block away. Right next-door to old Bridge gelato the best gelato on earth! Nice area just wander from. The host was just a wonderful, sweet lady and her daughter was so kind. Had a very good stay😁

Check in instructions could’ve been a little clearer. We got to the door and got confused on how we were supposed to get in and where we were supposed to go. Our first time for international travel so probably user error. Lol

Accommodation and location was perfect, 2 minutes walk from Saint Peter Basilica. Cynthia and her husband are a lovely couple. We had a flight from the UK to Rome in the morning so we arrived at their Guest House around 12:00, we left our luggage before check in time. The room was always clean. Everyday in the morning was delicious and fresh breakfast. On our last day they allowed us to leave our luggage after check out time so we didn't need to walk across Rome with our stuff. We definitely recommend it! We will choose this accommodation in our future trip to Rome. ! - Daria, Lukasz and Sebastian ( Spiderman)

So close to the Vatican! Nice breakfast with lots of self serve options, including eggs, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit and pastries, toast , juice and 24hr fancy coffee machine. Kind and gentle hosts. Beautifully decorated with modern bathroom. Street noise not heard once windows are shut. Trastevere (fun restaurants, bars, shops) is walkable for an evening out. Old Bridge Gelateria below had the best gelato I had all trip! Bonus!

Room was a little on the small size, making hard to spread out while repacking to fly home but this was minor in comparison to all the benefits.

The room was very nice, with a classic feel to it (we appreciated this a lot, as it’s not something we usually get to experience). The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows (a big, big plus for many pillows). We enjoyed the cappuccinos and loved the convenient location, with a view of the Vatican walls and a side view of Piazza del Risorgimento. The staff were polite and helpful, and everything was impeccably clean. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Nothing worth mentioning.

The location was very convenient for our Vatican trip. And the staffs/ owners were probably amongst the nicest people we met in Rome.

Some fixes are needed to help the stay more convenient (hopefully they will all be fixed later and make this part of the review irrelevant). There was no bin in the bedroom,and the one in bathroom was tiny. There was no place to put our clean clothes and towels in the bathroom. And the bidet and the window were both broken and realy needed to be fixed.

The room, the location, the staff, the coffee machine...

I was not aware I cannot check in as soo as my flight landed at midnight. There was option to request a check in between 1am and 2am, but they wouldn't allow that, so having the option to request those hours confuses customers. Just saying cos I was roaming the street until 7am and that could and should have been avoided. Paid for 2 nights so could check in early. Nothing else to fault and I will whole heartedly recommend this place.

Excellent proximity to the Vatican Wall which makes the walking in the hot sun very convenient. Has an excellent view of the Vatican from our apartment. Very friendly staff who were very nice & friendly

Had ants & other dead bugs in the apartment. Bathroom had issues like the toilet seat was loose, shower glass door was letting water get to the floor outside the shower. Only 1 bathroom for 4 ppl.

Cynthia and Claudio were wonderful hosts with great communication and helpful information. The room was the perfect location for our short stay in Rome, both clean and comfortable. The common area for breakfast was well stocked for self-service. There was water, juices, coffee, fruit, yogurt, and pastries. There are many good restaurants nearby, and access to transportation. Overall, this was perfect for us, and we would highly recommend it to anyone staying near Vatican City.

The property is in a very good area, close to the Vatican (less than 5-minute walk to St. Peter Square and also close to the entrance of the Vatican Museums). There is a metro station nearby, but if you prefer walking you can reach Piazza Navona in about 20 minutes. The room was very clean, and the view was amazing, just like in the pictures. They accommodated our request to have 2 separate beds. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good, and there was a coffee machine that was available 24/7 which was a big help, especially when we had to leave very early in the morning. Cynthia was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this place :)
