Everything, to be honest. The location was great, on the same street you had a couple of stores you could visit, a supermarket 5 meters away from the building, only 10 minutes away from Vatican City and only 1 hour away from the Colosseum if you decided to go by foot. The room was very nice, you had everything you needed in the common area. The AC unit was modern and could keep up with the high temperatures outside. Overall, it was a great place to stay at, and I would definitely book again if I had the chance!

Nothing, everything was great except the elevator inside the building, which was quite small.

The location of the facility is perfect! It is a walking distance from Vatican and St Peter's square. The street has a lot of cafeterias and shops. The building is impressive, with an old-style narrow elevator. The room itself is clean and light. Bed comfortable. Communication with the host smooth and fast. I messaged the host prior to arrival and asked for a room with a (small) balcony, and he/she was kind enough to give it to us.

There isnt enough space in the room. When you arrive with 2 suitcases and 2 bags you have to keep most of your things in the suitcase, as there is no closet or cabinet where to store them. There is a small hanger by the door, but it is not enough. The walls are quite thin and you can hear other visitors, but it wasnt very problematic for us.

I really enjoyed my stay at this B&B. The location was perfect—so close to everything I needed, which made exploring the area so easy and convenient. It truly felt like the ideal home base for my trip.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the B&B. Everything was just right and made my stay very comfortable.

Location was superb! 3-min walk to St Peter Square, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. A grocery right beside the building. Clean and comfortable bed.

I didnt specifically dislike the elevator, it was old but was definitely understandable as it was an old building already. Still works well, though.

The owner is so sweet, she recommended where to eat in the area and was very helpful in helping me find my way to the b&b, speaking on what’s app. I did not have a phone because Italian SIM did not work, phone was broken! Very patient and so kind. When I came in she was in the middle of cleaning!! Windex laundry bags. Happy to see large effort was put into cleaning! And my room was spotless and modern :). The room was cozy, felt as if it was my own bedroom back home. I slept well feeling close to home in her place! Super clean, warm helpful host, value for money? I walked to St. Peter’s basilica. Which is literally on the corner! I wanted to stay another night here but she was booked . See you next time I’m in Rome 💕 I will not forget your home away from home & true italian hospitality . The location was excellent; so close to the Vatican city. The nearby supermarket and metro were a boost. I was really pleased that I had Netflix available on my TV. It was quiet, tea and coffee facilities adequate for my needs. Milk sachets would be a nice addition. I was very happy that I chose Da Fede for my five day holiday in Roma, and will return again; I also left half a bottle of glorious red wine for the lovely owner Christina to enjoy; I hope she does.

Bathroom shower head holder needs fixing. That was all.

- great location, close to the metro station, the Vatican and a 20-30 min walk from the city centre (I really recommend the walk, especially at night) and 15-20 mins trip to Termini station with the metro; many good restaurants, cafes and shops around - modern interior - easy check-in and check-out - our room was quiet at night as it faced an inner courtyard - free coffe and snacks in the hall, where you can also find a big wardrobe with towels and other stuff you may need in the room - we were able to leave our luggage in the room a few hours before the check-in time. - our host was very responsive - there is a small elevator that takes you to the 4th floor

- although everything was renovated and felt modern, the room was small and we barely had place to deposit a small luggage and 2 backpacks out of our way; didn't bother us too much for our 3 day stay in Rome as it's more of a place to sleep and shower, but it might be uncomfortable for a longer stay - quite expensive but it's in line with most accomodations in Rome, as it seems prices have increased significantly since the pandemic

Very convenient location few mins from Vatican and the angels castle. Many nice places where to eat or have coupple drinks. The host was very friendly

Our apartment was supper small, the shower door should be fixed and I also suggest to check the drain of the shower

It was really a good location, it was near the vatican and all the transportation you need if you want to go somewhere else, the room was clean and worth the money you pay and all the utilities really work well and during our stay we don’t hear the other people in other room so it was really a good stay :)

The room was clean, comfortable and well located. Close to the Vatican (5 min walk) and in a safe residential area. The subway, Ottaviano, was close by which made the city accessible. There are many restaurants, cafes and shopping in the neighbourhood. WIFI was good and air conditioning worked very well. Communication was fast and all questions were answered promptly.
