Nice bed & breakfast. Owner very lovely & extremely helpful. Large room. Convenient to subway. Central. Lovely breakfast by owner all freshly prepared. Recommended.

Stairs with luggage as lift does not go to the floor of B&B. Bathroom small, mould in tiles around bottom of shower. Could probably get cleaner to used exit mould when cleaning. Otherwise would recommend.

The location was perfect, very close to the Vatican in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Franca was very sweet and welcoming. Our room was slightly dated but spacious and clean. Overall would definitely recommend for a getaway in Rome!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming inn in Rome, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest hospitality by the host, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The location of the Inn is simply unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of Rome, it offers easy access to the city’s most iconic landmarks and hidden gems alike.

We loved our stay, mostly because Franca is an amazing host. We arrived directly after my friend had her bag (passport, money, cards) stolen. Franca was supportive through this situation. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was lovely, and we enjoyed our conversations with Franca in the mornings. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you, Franca!.

Everything. The location was superb within walking distance to many attractions, shops, restaurants and the Airport shuttle bus. Our host Franca was delightful - so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The hostess was really helpful. It was like having our own apartment in Rome. 5 minute walk from the Vatican and 5 minutes from the metro. 15 euros by taxi to the Panthenon or 30
