Apartments in the city center, just a moment walk from Vatican. Still, it's quite calm in the evenings and night so there are not many distruptions when sleeping. Reception available 24h, quick response in case of need.

Shower stall could be more clean. There was a lot of mildew inside so definitely have some slippers with you. I advise to take your own hairdryer as dryer in the apartment heats up really quickly when using on max setting, so you can only use it on the lowest which takes long time.

The room was very clean and had a good location. The air-conditioning system was working fine, and kept us cool throughout our stay. Housekeeping came to change our towels daily.

There was a sewer on the street that faced one of the windows. I'm not sure if it was opened but the smell from the sewer overshadowed the room but by evening the horrible smell disappeared.

Very good customer service, nice and easy communication with staff. Clean and cozy room in great location (close to metro station and Vatican, multiple restaurants and shops in the area). I highly recommend to stay here!

Wi-Fi connection in room was very weak and often not providing internet.

location was fantastic for Metro, vatican, great restaurants. Easy to gain access but secure and availability of staff from 10am to 7pm which was good as apartments rather than hotel.

Safe didn’t work, no USB plugs.

I loved everything. The bed was comfy and the pillows are heavenly. The location is amazing! I would definitely book again when I am back in Rome.

Just a suggestion that it would be great if there are slippers available and also maybe a dental kit (toothpaste and toothbrush).

No coffee in room, though there was a cafe down the block. The room was nice and spacious. It was beginning to show some wear and could use a refresh. Extra pillows (with covers), no coffee (even instant would have been good) and the bathroom could use an update in the near future. I do not want to be too negative... I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it.

Very comfortable, in a nice and fairly quite area of Rome, breath distance from the Vatican, Metro and Bus stations and local markets. Clean, comfortable beds and bath, wide screen TV set and what you basically need for the room with very helpfull staff if needed. Very good value for money for this area of Rome. Recomending it!!!

Location, quiet clean and value for money apartment

There is extra cost for late check in.

Close to M train station! Cheap compared to other options in the area. Shower pressure was pretty good! Close to other shopping and some restaurants.

Sort of a difficult check-in situation having to call and text the landlord guy and wait and be confused. Also didn't like sending passport photos over Whatsapp..

The room is comfortable and the bed is good for sleeping.

The wifi doesn't work as it should.For those guests who do not have mobile data or a local connection, it is difficult to talk to the host in order to enter their reserved room.
