We spent 10 nights in a elegant guest house which contained 3 other units in an apartment building in Pratti district. We were welcomed with Prosecco and Appetizers by Fabio who made sure we were well set up. The room was the presidential suite very large and well decorated in Roman style with chandeliers and coffered ceilings. Bed was very comfortable and wash room contained a large rain forest shower which they called a pan emotional shower! AC was excellent. The room had a refrigerator which was a tad noisy but go used to it. There was a common kitchen to make coffee in the morning. Located in central location in Pratti close to Metro, walkable to Vatican, Castello and Ponte S’Angelo Piazza di Navona, Pantheon and Trevi. Lots of restaurants with walking distance. Comfortable bed.

We had the pleasure of stumbling upon this lovely suites collection hotel in Rome after a very unfortunate pre-booked hotel experience. We found a room at 4pm in August! The hosts were very quick to give us a call and help us locate the hotel and get us accommodated. The rooms at Impero Vaticano were awesome, very stylish (with ancient Roman and Greek touches and French Versailles style ceilings. Every room features a high end Daikin air conditioning unit, a heat induction towel holder in the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the same applied to the pillows! There's also a working and pretty silent refrigerator in the room. Everything was in perfect working order and you could easily tell that a lot of thinking has been put when they designed and illustrated these suites. They even installed USB wall charger sockets in each side of the bed, along with regular power sockets. Keyless (pin code) entry to the building and the hallway between the rooms. Everything was clean and had been maintained properly. No silly cost cuts. The air condition isn't connected to the lights rail, so it keeps on running even after you leave your room for those very warm summer vacation days! The area is quiet and you'll have no problem sleeping just fine even with the window open. There's a metro station (Ottaviano) nearby (3 min walk), and the Vatican is at just 9 minutes walking distance. The other landmarks are easy to reach within 20-25 minutes tops via metro or bus. The owners and the personnel were very attentive, they took care of the room, and made sure to offer us their welcome valuable recommendation about food, gelato and landmarks to visit. If I had to say something bad about Impero Vaticano regarding the room, the only thing I could possible complain about is the absence of a garbage bin within the room (could've been removed by mistake I guess). Everything else was PERFECT.

Location! It was literally a walking distance to everything. The apartment is very clean. Max, the owner is very cordial. Also, he provided maps to help you get around.

There was only one electrical outlet in the bedroom.. There were no extra pillows. The pillows were flat.

The location is very good and close to Vaticano (5-10 min walk) and Piaza del Popolo (15-20 min walk). if you don't mind walking, it is a good location to stay.

The shades are not blind enough, so the morning light invades the room, what made me wake up earlier than I was planning to. Also, the room was really small, but in Rome I think no one is looking for a good time inside a room.

The landlord is a super beautiful person! I am also very patient to introduce the use of each facility in detail! Her daughter is also a very conscientious and responsible person! Overall, I am very satisfied with the living.

very clean, loved the neighborhood. check in staff was pleasant. WiFi worked well. would definitely stay here again.

AC had black stuff all around it, which usually indicates mold (which can make you sick) so we didn’t use it, was pretty hot. our room was pretty cramped- fine for a short stay but might’ve been tough for a longer visit.

The room was perfect ! The bed was so comfortable, the location impeccable. The restaurants close like Amalfi Madre was amazing ! I strongly recommend!

Great location: near Vatican, many restaurants and metro station. Quiet neighbourhood. Very beautiful room as seen in the pictures. Helpful and kind staff. And many thanks to the hostess for a nice suprise.

Good location. No breakfast, although there is a shared kitchen within which one can make coffee. Very comfortable room with air conditioning.

I have no words to say. Comfortable bed, amazing location, friendly staff, super clean... I loved everything about it. I cannot recommend it enough!
