"We spent three nights at the White Vatican Apartment in March, and it was a fantastic stay. The location is perfect—just a few streets away from St. Peter's Basilica, which we visited daily. The metro is also very close by, making it easy to get around. While breakfast wasn't provided, there are many charming cafes nearby where you can enjoy authentic Italian coffee and pastries. We also loved the nearby Bershka store—great quality, even better than back home!"

Very good location, close to the metro, close to the Vatican. Staff really friendly and attentive, easy to contact at the reception, I liked the ease of communication via WhatsApp and the speed of response to our needs. Timely communication, short placement. Thank you very much.

Kitchen equipment, electric kettle, microwave oven in good working condition.The heater needs to be shut off. We couldn't use hot water in two bathrooms at the same time. If this can be fixed, it will be great.

The hotel is near to the Metro train and restaurants. It is so accessible

They don't clean the hotel everyday and collect used towels. The water temperature in the shower room changes so abruptly from hot to cold and the adjustment of water temperature takes longer

Location was ideal as I wanted to be as close as possible to St. Peter's Basilica as I didn't want to travel far just to get there...and it was a short walk to the main square. It's also close to the Ottaviano Metro, so, travelling to other places were convenient. Hot water pressure was great and it was good that neighbouring rooms were quiet, so I had good sleep every night. Staff (Riccardo and Vincenzo) were friendly and helpful, and it's a bonus that they spoke English

The surrounding area has dog pee and poo everywhere, not that it's the hotel's fault, I guess public awareness should be instilled to all pet owners when walking their dogs, to pick up their poo. Also, the hotel markings at the main entrance can be a bit tricky...I overshot a few times as I was hoping to see the sign for White Vatican, finally found it but the print was really small and I am shortsighted, it would be good if a bigger print is there.

we booked this about half an hour before arriving because the place we were meant to stay cancelled with us as our plane was delayed and said we couldn’t stay there even though we were only a hour late to check it so at 9:30pm at night had to quickly book a new place and the host here was amazing with communication at such late notice. was a perfect location. room was clean and tidy.

Stayed here a 2nd time...chose this place because of the close proximity to the places I wanted to go during this 2nd stay, mainly, the Vatican Museum and a 20 mins walk to Pantheon. Close to many eateries, from high end dining to simple budget food, even McD is very close by, that helps as they serve good breakfast for an affordable price.. Riccardo who was on duty again, was great, as I had a late bus to catch, he allowed me to hang around while I pass the time

Again, dog poo and pee around the streets, but again, not the hotel's fault....and lightings on the streets can be better

Location was everything with this stay. We loved all the food and shop options around us and the metro was just a few min walking distance.

My only complaint would be the shower. It was terrible. It was missing a side and although it had a curtain since the shower head was damaged the water would go everywhere in the bathroom making it a slippery mess for our three year old. Luckily they provided plenty of towels to use on the floor.

Felt like we experienced what a neighborhood apartment in Rome was like. Great food on corner. Bit of a Walk to the subway or other things. Very Safe area.

Yes i like more the location it's very near the center when u r tired u can go and take a rest ,night life in the city,friendly people.To buy is more cheaper than Barcelona.It's highly recommended😍

Our accommodation in the hotel was under the European ERASMUS project, our group was 35 people, from 5 countries, and all participants are satisfied with the conditions and location of the hotel. Our accommodation was without breakfast.

Due to the large group, we were accommodated in three different hotel buildings, one of which was 1 km away from the other two. This was not an obstacle to a good mood and good impressions.
