The location was perfect. Right near the Saint Angels Castle, Vaticano and the metro. I walked to all the places. It took me around 30 min to reach Campo di Fiori. The host was amazingly helpful. Before my arrival I received detailed instructions on how to reach the hotel and open the room. The room itself was quite spacious, clean and well-equipped. I asked for an iron and there was one for me. There is a small fridge in room as well as an electric kettle, still water and tea pigs. There is a common kitchen with plates, cuttlery and glasses. Everyone can use them.

My room faced the street and at night it was very noisy. Since it was late June and the temperatures were high, my windows were open during the night. Noise polution was too harsh for me.

Property is very clean.air condition is very good . Location is excellent. 8-10 mins walk to St Peter's square. Lots of restaurants outside the building. Noise outside cannot be heard when the window is closed. Located at the 3rd floor with good elevator service. Has free coffee at the small lobby entrance. Very convenient to check in with detailed instructions. Bed is very comfortable with lots of towels in the bathroom. Wi fi is also very good. Franco is a very friendly and accommodating host and reply promptly to our questions. Free bottled water on arrival is a plus! I highly recommend and will definitely book to this property again if I will go back to Rome! Thank you Franco!

Many thanks to the caring hosts, Cristina and her father, for their attention and hospitality. We were warmly welcomed and immediately shown to our room. They also gave us valuable recommendations on where to eat and other useful tips. The room was very clean and spacious. We slept wonderfully — the bed was large and comfortable, and the sound insulation was excellent. We didn’t hear any noise from the street. At the reception, you can enjoy a coffee, and there were also utensils like spoons, forks, plates, and glasses available. I highly recommend this hotel — you will truly enjoy your stay!

Everything was good

The hosts were great and replied to questions really quickly. Our flight to Rome landed in early morning and our room was ready at 11, so we could do an earlier check-in. The room was very clean and the bed is comfy. We were given a list of recommended places for lunch and breakfast. We asked for an extra bed cover and there were no issues with providing it. The location of Amalia Suites is perfect — right next to the Ottaviano metro station, and we could see the entrance to Vatican from our window. I can totally recommend this place, smiling owners will greet you every morning!

Owner was amazing, helpful, responsive and always on top of everything for us. He was great with local advice, recommendations and just a super nice person. We cannot imagine a better place to stay near the Vatican, just two blocks or so and easily accessible to the subway as well. Just a fantastic time and will definitely come back next opportunity.

Cannot think of a single thing that needed improvement. My wife, daughter and I both enjoyed this place immensely.

The accomodation is perfectly located close to Vatican and the subway station. The room is very clean with a modern bathroom. We very much appreciated easy and well described online check-in and entry because of our late flight. The lady was extremely kind and helpful. Very clean, beautiful room, excellent location and the guesthouse is easy to find thanks to the very precise and clear instructions sent via WhatsApp. Convenient public transport options and various dining and shopping places and also tourist attractions are very close by. And the host is extremely polite, warm and kind. An unbelievable experience — almost too good to be true! But it is.

The property is just 2min walk from the nearest Metro station, and 10min to St Peter’s. Most tourist attractions are within 30 min travel as Rome’s Metro is very handy and easy to use, but it can get very busy like other big cities. Our room was well maintained, clean and spacious. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. We were on the 3rd floor and it was peaceful and homely for our four night stay. Most importantly, the owner is very helpful and friendly. He gave us good advice on where to eat and the best time to visit places. We had a lovely time and will certainly return to stay here again!

There’s no better location! The view from the window overlooks the entrance gates to the Vatican. Shops, restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and a metro stop — all right below the apartment. A safe area, a fully equipped room with everything you need, and excellent room service. We felt at home from the very first moment.

Great location. Walking distance to the Vatican Museum and the Saint Peter’s Basilica. Metro station and supermarkets are also nearby. The room and the bathroom are separate.

The outside was a bit noisy late at night and early in the morning, especially when windows were open. The sink in the bathroom drained slowly.
