Great location. Clean room with private bathroom.
The room was too small for three people. The self check-in process was inconvenient and caused some difficulties. I never saw any staff at the hotel, not even during check-out. There were also issues with paying the tax: when I offered to pay by bank transfer, the staff asked for my bank card details, which seemed suspicious—so be careful. In addition, although parking was listed as available, there was actually none. We had to leave the car about 400 meters away in a paid parking lot.

Newly refurbished so nice room and bathroom. Kitchen OK too, nice big clean fridge and good cooking facilities. I even got a wash done as good patio for drying.
Host tried to fob us off with an alternative sub standard room, quoting "broken water heater" in new building. We complained and we're moved back to the booked accommodation after an hours wait. Can t complain though, after that everything was fine and the host was actually quite responsive and quick to address other small issues like stuck sink plug hole and lack of toilet paper.

The location is very good.
The owners don't speak English, so communication was difficult. Wi-fi had constant problems. We also had problems with the lock on the main door.
