Host was very accommodating when I accidentally gave him an incorrect time for our arrival. He was very accommodating when we arrived 2 hours before we said we'd arrive. We liked the location, the elevator, nice neighborhood, near the metro and Vatican. It was pretty walking around at night with everything lit up. Spacious apartment. Good value for the area.

The neighbors who were also guests there temporarily were really noisy but no one could control that.

Nice room with a kitchenette and spacious bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with free breakfast items which was a nice amenity. The location was great! 5 mins from the Vatican City. The metro and a taxi stand were also a few steps away! It seemed very safe and quite. The building had an elevator which we loved.

The shower was large wish is a huge plus in Italy but unfortunately it was hard to keep the water at a comfortable temperature. The walls were paper thin. This wasn’t an issue until the last day of our stay when other guests checked in to the room beside ours. You could hear everything. It was awkward. Thankfully that was only an issue for us one night.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is great, super close to the Vatican. Check-in was automated and easy since we were arriving late in the evening. The bed was comfortable, aircon was very good and the apartment was clean. Some breakfast food was also provided, including coffee, cereal, bread, milk, yoghurt, juice etc. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Rome!

Only downside was the large shower head didn’t work so had to use the small one, which was a bit broken so had to hold to shower head to use it. But this was not a biggie.

I selected this place for the location. Great location, 5 mins walk from Vatican entrance and 2 mins from the metro station. Lots of good restaurants nearby too. Breakfast was provided which was very welcoming.

The towels were not changed as I was not informed of the procedure and there was immediate response for my request. All good.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! Rino was an outstanding host. He went above & beyond to insure our stay exceeded our expectations. He orchestrated our transfers from the port and to the airport with punctual, pleasant drivers. He met us upon arrival, showed us around, explained keys, etc. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Fabulous location - just blocks from the Basilica. And he even had printed info in at least 3 languages for major attractions, including directions. PS - it's more of an apartment than a room, just FYI

The elevator could be tricky at times.

The smooth process of it all! The owner organised a airport taxi, met us at apartment and showed us the room, answered all of our questions of the city and gave us tips. The room was so spacious (we are family of 4) there was plenty of towels! So convenient to restaurants and shops and train. Highly recommend. Also there is a lift!!! For luggage. It helped so much!! Not noisy, very secure for security.

Maybe a pan to be able to cook eggs with oil/salt/pepper. Maybe even some cured meats in fridge for a bit more breakfast option. That's really a small fault because we loved the stay so much!!

Bedroom was lovely & spacious, breakfast was a supply of toast, butter, jam, cake, cereal, tea, coffee etc., great not having to get up to go anywhere for breakfast.. Bathroom had everything including toiletries, towels were really soft. Excellent location!

Bed was very comfortable but squeaky.

A very nice, clean and quiet studio with all you need. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Perfect location, near Vatican (10 min wolking) and near Metro station Octaviano (5 min wolking). We recommend for sure.

large spacious room with a kitchenette and en-suite. the location was perfect for walking to Vatican City. We didn’t use the metro once we just walked everywhere around the city and to the colloseum. We stayed for five nights, and we were given new towels midway through our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, a large variety was given to us which really set us up for the day.

1. Clean and spacious facility. 2. Proximity to St.Peters Square in Vatican. 3. Near to the Metro station closest to Vatican.

1. Approach road is closed due to roadworks, hence taxi option is currently not possible under the building (walkable though) 2. Sofa cum Bed for the 3rd person is not a comfortable one. This needs to be changed.
