Good location in walkable distance from the Vatican city, be it the St. Peter's square or Vatican museums. The metro stop Ottaviano was also in a walkable distance, what made the whole city conveniently accessible. The city centre was also reachable after a longer stroll. The 2-member staff was friendly and the whole accommodation was cleaned daily. The room was equipped with everything necessary for a short stay (AC, hairdryer, towels, kettle, toiletries...)

The breakfast provided within the stay served in a separate bar across the street were rather modest, consisting only of a croissant, coffee and juice/tea.

The location was perfect - it takes about 10 minutes to reach Saint Peter's Basilica and you can reach the main tourist sights within 40 to 60 minutes on foot. The neighborhood was quite calm with quite a lot of good restaurants nearby. We especially liked the Tonarello restaurant and Lemongrass cafe, which had the best pistachio croissants. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. However, we were quite lucky because we had a room with a street view that ensured some fresh air. My sister had a courtyard view and the room temperature and air were much worse.

The bathroom had an electrical toilet which made terrible noise whenever you touched it and sometime after you were done with your business. This was super annoying. We would also appreciate the possibility of having breakfast at the accommodation. However, as we discovered when we arrived, it is not a classic hotel - more like Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at Vatican Town. The staff were so lovely and organised a car to collect us from the airport. The room was very comfortable with a lift to access the B and B and the room was serviced every day and was lovely and clean. Close to the metro and to the Vatican. Near lots of lovely shops and restaurants. Breakfast was in a cafe round the corner which was a croissant and coffee.

The area around the Vatican is being upgraded for the Jubilee and so some of the streets were closed off and the footpaths were quite uneven. It will be lovely when finished.

I highly recommend Bed & Breakfast Vatican Town, everything was top class! We are very pleased with our stay. Great location close to Vatican (less than 10 minutes walk) and Ottaviano metro station (metro line A), plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner is very friendly, smiled and helpful. Massimiliano, thank you again for your warm welcome! The rooms are spacious and clean, (cleaned every day). A nearby cafe where you can eat breakfast serves delicious coffee and freshly squeezed juice. While there, I recommend delicious ice cream, one of the best I've ever eaten! The pistachio flavor is amazing!

Our booking was breakfast inclusive but the facility had no breakfast option, but instead they gave us cards so we could make breakfast in a cafe nearby. The breakfast had only 1 cup of coffee and 1 piece of croissant etc.

The location is very near Vatican City, around 500 meters away, and the room is spacious complete with amenities, breakfast is ok too but you have to take it to a nearby cafe restaurant which is ok with us as there is no time limit within the day. We stayed there for 4 days and I think it was worth the price we paid. The room is also cleaned daily but you have to vacate it before 11am, otherwise it will be cleaned the following day.

The downside is that the bed and breakfast does not have a reception area, so if you arrive at an ungodly hour like midnight, nobody will assist or meet you because the owner do not live there. Hence, we have to agree to pay 40 euros for somebody to meet us upon our arrival at midnight so that we can get the keys to our room, main door and elevator. Also the wifi is non existent at all hours of the day, they provided us wifi access, 2 actually, but the signal is too weak to none so no use to us, good thing we have our own data plan

- room very clean and spacious with air con and fridge - very helpful welcoming staff - helped with directions/ bookings etc - staff helped with car transfers both ways - great area with loads of restaurants nearby - very near metro and bus links - stored luggage free of charge on day of departure - would recommend to others and stay again

- WiFi reception was not great - had to use my own hotspot. - insufficient shower gel but plenty of liquid soap which sufficed. - no communal facility which would have been an added bonus

Great location. Extremely kind and friendly host. Traditional old roman apartment building with high ceilings, windows etc. Clean, even though the furniture and fixtures somewhat dated. All in all a great place to be in Rome , especially due to the proximity to the Vatican Museum and subway. The only minus was the price (@200 EUR / night), even though in comparison with the other rooms / apartments for rent this was was on the less pricey end of the spectrum. All in all, given the market and the offers at the time, it was a good deal. And did I mention the friendly host? :) Thank you :)

A lower price would be nice.

The hotel is perfectly located, not even ten minutes walking distance to the Vatican. The metro is around five minutes away. The hosts welcomed us very friendly and helpful and offered their support several times. The hotel room is equipped very well, nothing was missing, very clean and we had an absolutely quiet room to the backyard. You would not even think that you are in a capital! 😊 Breakfast is offered outside in a small coffee bar around the corner and we got vouchers for every day. The breakfast includes a hot drink, croissant and fresh orange juice. We can highly recommend this place for a sightseeing vacation!

Everything was great. Rooms were nice and clean, getting cleaned for you every morning. We were staying there with our two year old baby girl for four nights. It is very close to Vatican and Ottivano metro station. But from this part we could walk to see the other parts of Rome also. Staff is very very kind. We enjoyed our stay in Rome very very much. We felt very safe in this part of Rome. We parked our car in the Prati garage near by, and left it there for four nights. Everything was great.

The only thing which could maybe be better is the breakfast, which is just coffee, juice and one croasan per person served in coffee place near by.
