Marina is incredibly generous and hospitable. We arrived on Christmas Eve, and she went above and beyond by giving us thoughtful gifts, especially for the kids, a truly special touch! The location is perfect, close to everything we needed she even helped us arrange a parking reservation near the property, making our stay even more convenient. Marina was very accommodating and ensured we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was excellent making the entire experience stress free. We will definitely be back!

The owner of this hotel is extremely kind and helpful. When we checked in, she gave us useful information around the area. During our stay, I caught a cold and still had a fever on the day of check-out. She allowed me to stay in the room till 14:30 since our flight was 18:30 pm. I was really sick, so I appreciated a lot for her kindness. We left 20€ to express our gratitude, but she didn't even ask us to pay for extra because she knew I was unwell. Room cleaning service was everyday. New water bottle and snacks/sweets were replenished everyday as well.

The building was about 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro. The hallway was clean and well light at night. The room is on the 3rd floor and there is a lift. One time the lift was not working and had to go on stairs but it wasn't hard of a climb. We have a 2 year old in tow. The room was clean and adequate size for the 4 of us. The bed was big enough and was comfy. The aircon was working perfectly. The bathroom was well light and the water was strong. On the day of arrival there was a lady who welcomed us, sorry forgot her name. But she was lovely and explained everything. She even gave us a map of rome. They were quick to reply to our queries. She told us detailed instruction on which stop to take in the metro and even advises us to look out for pickpocketers. The building was close to a local supermarket and our favorite fastfood. There are plenty of cafe and restaurant around. During the night it is relatively quiet. There is a daily housekeeping that replenishes our water and coffee supply. ☕️

The location was amazing. It was in the middle of restaurants, shops and close to Vatican City. It was conveniently close to metro station as well. Marina was fantastic!! She helped with our plans before arriving and set up last minute transportation for us. We had 2 teenagers with us and she ensured they were just as comfortable as we were.

Great location right next st Peters square and walkable to most attractions, great parking outside at only 8 euros per 24hrs amazing in city centre. really clean and enough space for 2 adults and 2 children , great restaurant right next door .

all was good might be a bit cramped for a family of 4 for a week but great for few nights.

Location is excellent (walking distance to the Vatican and close to a lot of the restaurants, the Metro station). Our room had a nice view of the area, very clean facility, and the manager, Marina is very helpful and ensured that we have everything we need and our stay as comfortable as possible. The wifi is impressively good.

The bathroom door has no lock and the toilet paper dispenser is out of reach.

It was clean and comfortable with good WiFi as well as being closed to the metro and shops etc. The suite has everything we needed, including a mini fridge and facility to make tea/coffee (which is replenished daily). Assistance was also provided to make sure that we arrived okay - which was much appreciated! The overall service was superb! Would definitely recommend.

Can hear noises from the people outside as it is close to restaurants etc. - something that can't be helped really.

The appartment is an absolute joy to stay. It is next to the vatican. It is super clean. De airco works perfectly and the beds are absolutely comfortable. The host (Marina) is an amazing person and a absolute professional. She pointed us all the right spots in terms of food/restaurants, parking etc. As we made a mistake by bringing the roomkeys with us, she even came up and picked up the keys from our next stay. We recommend the place a thousand times.

The location is perfect, the accommodation exceeded my expectations and the owner is super Lovely she took her time to explain to us everything about the city, where to go and gave us a map.

To be honest I loved everything about this place!

The location was 5 min to St. Peter Square. Room was clean and spatious for 4 of us. They clean it every Day and add Tea, Coffee, water and sweets daily. The host was really kind and helpfull. Near metro Ottaviano, near bus station, tram station, grocery store, farmacy. Highly recomand the location.
