The hotel is in an excellent location, less than ten minutes’ walk from St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican Museum. There were plenty of decent restaurants and cafes nearby too. The room I was in had an excellent view of St. Peter’s dome which was a real treat! The style is slightly old-fashioned which creates a comfortable vibe. My bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful and easy to operate. Breakfast was a good choice and was served on a beautiful roof terrace. Everyone who worked there was very friendly.

It did not affect me, but if you are looking for a bustling place with a bar and restaurant, this is not the hotel for you- it is very quiet.

We had one of the warmest hotel welcomes I’ve experienced from the highly professional and friendly, concierge, Fabrizio. Room 209 was comfortable, and clean with a reasonable air-conditioning system. As a bonus, it had a spa bath. It was equipped with a fridge. We requested a kettle which Fabrizio provided without qualm. The location, near the Vatican, was convenient for getting around Rome. A metro stop was 8 minutes walk but most of central Rome was walkable from the hotel. It had a delightful rooftop terrace for breakfast. Where swallows flew overhead, parakeets sat on surrounding buildings. Best of all a little Wagtail joined us for breakfast each morning. All in all, we would definitely return.

The only minor criticism was the bread could have been fresher.

The Hotel is conveniently located next to the Vatican. We chose this hotel because we had a morning Vatican tour, and it was the closest to our needs.

The elevator was small, so we put our luggage in it and sent it to the floor without people. I think this is due to the building's old age.

Close to the Vatican and surrounding areas, close to the metro line which made it easier to visit other areas. Lovely room with plenty of space, I felt it was very personalised to the hotel as well, home comforts like the carpets. Really enjoyed the roof terrace where we could relax in the evening.

There were no downsides to the property, however our room was facing a main road so if you were a light sleeper I’d say bring earplugs.

This Hotel is vey good its location is great. 8 minutes walks to the Vatican and 25 minutes to Spanish steps and similar to Colosseum. And bus stops very close to hotel. breakfast is Italian buffet. rooms are very clean good size . there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance of hotel . the staff where very friendly and helpful and English language spoken by all we had contact with would use it again

The best of this hotel is its location, just three blocks from the Vatican and around the corner of great restaurants and a shopping street. Far from Colosseum area, but would be impossible to be so close to both. The breakfast at the roof top is priceless. It is a small boutique hotel, so our breakfast was peaceful, with a view of Rome and St Peter, with flowers and birds, exquisite croissants, coffee, cakes, and the most amiable service.

There is not a reception area or lounge to stay at the end of the day with a drink or coffee while you wait for your reservations or activities, just a reception desk, maned by very helpful gentlemen. Also, there are about a dozen steps to reach this area from the street and you must go up with your luggage. From there, there is an elevator to the rooms.

The property was very nice, clean and in a good area close to the Metro and a beautiful river. The concierge, Leonardo in particular, was excellent and very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety and the staff was very nice and remembered our room number and coffee order which makes you feel special.

Property is traditional Italian charm. Fantastic staff, great breakfast, rooms spotless and cool (much needed), excellent and helpful service throughout. Hotel smells lovely. Location great for Vatican visits.

Roof terrace is lovely by there is no real ‘view’, it’s just very nice. Although there is a loft there are initially stairs to it making the hotel not really suitable for those with mobility challenges.

Cannot ask for a better location! We walked to Saint Peter's Square every evening as it was about 10 minutes away. The hotel is very secure and has an elevator, AC and wonderful breakfast. Having breakfast on a rooftop with the view is an experience in itself. Once we arrived, we were asked what kind of croissants we prefer and, those made fresh, were melting in your mouth. We missed good coffee after spending a couple of weeks on a cruise ship and were glad the coffee in the hotel was excellent. The metro stop is very close, and you can get to the center easily. The location is important as you want to be in Vatican Museum or basilic very early if you plan to spend less time in the line. I discovered that taxi was the best way of transport and was not expensive at all. Once you upload itTaxi in your phone, it is pretty easy to navigate around the city and they can pick you up from the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and they also have at least two types of the pillows, depending on your preference. No doubt, I will stay in the same hotel when I visit again.

Cannot think about anything I didn't like here. I was told the best hotel location could be close to Piazza Navona, but surely, I was lucky to book this one so close to Vatican.

The location of the hotel is very good. We reached almost everything we wanted on foot. The hotel itself is very nice, clean. The rooms are comfortable, towels are changed each day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We could get a room earlier and it was available to ask for a cup of tea in the late evening.
