I was very pleased with this accommodation. The location was perfect- 8 minutes walking to Vatican, 15-20 minutes to many historical sites. Many shops with fantastic fashion, as well as many restaurants are near by. The bed was very comfortable. The room was surprising big. I didn't hear any noise even though the street was quite busy (you would only hear some traffic noises if you would keep the window open, but nothing unbearable). The room was clean, and the overall impression was as if you'd be living not just renting an apartment in the hear of Rome. the staff however were the highlights. Very helpful and friendly, even letting me in at 2am as my flight was late. I haven't experienced anyone going above and beyond as much and I travel a lot.

Great location close to the Vatican and Castel St Angelo and everything else - shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets. All you needed. The Host and housekeeper were both very helpful and accommodating. Will be recommending to friends and family.

It was difficult at first to locate as signage was not evident on front door as we had heavy suitcases and bags. A few doors to open before getting to our room, but then from a security point of view it was easier to navigate.

The excellent location! Also, that it felt as if we had our own apartment in Rome. We spent only 2 nights in this B&B and walked to all the main attractions (never used public transportation). Also, there’s a spacious kitchen available with a free of use coffee machine.

Upon arrival, I had to call the owner to get the code of the lock that had the key of the apartment. Luckily I have unlimited calls in Europe; however, I’d advise others to agree with the owner in advance to avoid this :) The owner was afterwards always available via WhatsApp which was great!

The main advantage of the object is definitely its location! Very close to Vatican City, nice walk to further attractions. The host was also very supportive and nice to us ;)

the bathroom could have been cleaner, ‘room service’ did not clean it in any way during our stay. The breakfast option is not really a traditional breakfast - you will get some plastic packed croissants with jams/Nutella and coffee tabs. We personally did not like Nespresso coffee taste - traditional Italian coffee beans could have been a better fit. The walls between rooms are also very thin.

It was a stone's throw away from Vatican City. It was very close to the metro. You can visit all the Roman landmarks by walking. The location is exceptional. It was cleaned really well too. When I checked-in, the staff gave me a guide of what to visit in the city. It was really nice.

It's an old building. It has that old building charm but still, it's pretty dated. That being said, if I go back to Rome again, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so nice, the room was clean everyday and alot of space and conditions(kitchen, good wifi, amazing bathroom). The location is perfect, around supermarket, restaurant and metro station 5mins walk.

Jacapo was very welcoming and attentive as required, as were his staff. Appears to be a flat converted into a mini-hotel with 3 rooms so very peaceful and private bathroom was attached to our room across the hallway. It was spacious with an excellent shower! Perfect for washing off those miles walked. There is a high class of restaurant nearby with very reasonable prices.

Best Location ever. Walking distance from everything even in the heat. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood but still in the middle of everything

very clean and in Prati neighborhood which is the most safe and holy place in rome, the accommodation owner Mr. Jacobo is very helpful and trustful man , Many thanks to him and to the kind Filipino man who is always clean and update the place with all needs.
