Totally recommended, if you want to stay in the city centre of Rome and to have all the sights nearby accessable by walk. It's just about 10 minutes from Vatican and 5 minutes from a subway station. The price/quallity ratio is great, the room was nice and clean with its own bathroom and aircon, for reasonable price. Staff is very kind and friendly. You can enjoy breakfast in nearby caffé which is about 50 meters from the house. You will obtain a cup of coffee and croissant of your choice, which is quite small portion (at least for me), nevetheless it's very tasty. We were totally satisfied and if I returned to Rome, I'd choose this place again.

It was clean, safe and exactly what we needed for our one night in Rome from Venice. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues in the rooms. Check in was smooth and was actually all done over text which I prefer. Alessio was kind and gave easy instructions to follow even through we never was the staff in person. The property is about 8-10 minutes walking from metro going in every direction and the area isn’t crazy crowded. I will stay here again if I return to Rome and will recommend this property to my budget clients as well. Thank you so much!

Great location 10 minutes from Vatican, 5 minutes from metro station. Great bakery on the corner of the street and various restaurants close by. Super comfy beds to get a good nights sleep after a long day. We checked in remotely with no issues.

Rooms are rather small, bathroom even tinier, elevator hardly fits 1.5 person, which could create issues when travelling with larger luggage.

I like this hotel, the location is very good, you can find a lot of cafes and restaurants near it. It is 10 minutes walk from Vatican and not far from the Spain Square. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Several words about the hosts, they were very friendly and ready to help with any question. I would recommend to stay at this place when you are in Rome

The owner was very kind and helpful Close to the vatican city, it was 4 blocks away Clean, and because off it was valentines say, they left us a heart box full of chocolates!! So thoughtful 💕 💖 ❤️

🇪🇸🇨🇴🇬🇧🇦🇫It is central,walking distance from there to the Vatican. Good bus routes. Every day we find the room impeccably cleaned. Breakfast is in the cafe on the corner with vouchers for a coffee and croissant,an Italian style breakfast,but there is a variety to choose from. The staff is also very formal and the atmosphere is calm.

Everything was good

- The owners are lovely. - Short walk from metro station and from Vatican. - Very quiet at night. - Good restaurants around the B&B. - You can contact the owners at any time. - There is a lift which is small, but does the job for getting to 3rd floor. Especially if you have the luggage. - It is possible to leave your luggage, if you are arriving early or leaving late. - Good value for money. - Rooms are being cleared daily.

- Breakfast is very limited (Coffee, juice and one pastry option) which is served at a place opposite. - There is coffee and tea available however it is in shared area, not in the room.

Close to the Vatican City and St peters Square. There's a supermarket around the corner, which was very convenient for us and cheaper than eat out. A bit walk to the bus stop, but hey, it walking is good. The room is in good size, very comfortable bed. Coffee is there help yourself

We were two friends visiting in January. Super comfortable beds that ensured deep and good sleep that was much needed after a long day exploring Rome. The bathroom was good and all in all a very value-for-money choice! It is centrally located within walking distance from St.Peter and within a few blocks away from Ottaviano metro station which can get you within a few minutes to all main Roman attractions. The street itself is quiet and the area is safe! You have two lovely bakeries and cafes right next to the main building entrance. Alessio our host was responsive in a timely manner and helped us a lot during our stay! We cannot recommend this place more when you decide to visit Rome!

Perfect for 2 nights in Rome. Loved the character and charm of the building. Great communication from host with clear instructions. Very near Vatican City and about a 10 minute walk from the Metro.

The room was a quite compact for four of us but it was fine for 2 nights. We still really enjoyed our stay.
