The lady welcomed us was so kind and nice helped us a lot! When we arrived she kindly asked if we are new to rome and she gave us some directions for best places to visit. Thanks to her our visit turned out to be a great experience. We had the breakfast included so, she prepared us tea and cappucino and some warm bread slices and croissants. Although the breakfast does not have that much variety it is quite enough. The room was cleaned everyday perfectly. The location is really close to Vatican and other historical places. It is close to metro station as well you can easily find your way. I can say this was the best experience I had in an air b&b or a hotel.

We recently stayed in this hotel with a fantastic location, just a short walk from both the Vatican and Piazza del Popolo. This central spot made it incredibly convenient to explore some of Rome's most iconic attractions on foot. Whether you're visiting the Vatican museums, St. Peter’s Basilica, or enjoying the beautiful Piazza del Popolo, everything is within easy reach. One of the highlights of our stay was the hospitality of Carla, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. She truly made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful despite being in such a lively area. If you're looking for a well-located place to stay in Rome, this is an excellent choice for easy sightseeing and city exploration.

The location was amazing, our apartament was clean and cozy. Bathroom was small but functional, with hot water. AC helped with higher temperatures, making the room cool within minutes. Breakfast was tasty, served with one of the best coffees I tried. But the best part of our stay there was the host. She was always helpful, on the first day she showed us every location in Rome worth seeing. She let us store our luggage in the facility on the day of the departure, for free, however long we liked. She is one of the best hosts that we met and we wish her nothing but the best ☺️

I like this hotel. Really helpfull personel with smile:). What is important only 3 apartments on floor that make accomodation quiet and frendly. The best location close Vaticano and Center of Rome. I appreciate that we could leave our bags in day of flying back and we could spend additional time in Rome like a turists:). Room with bathroom equiped with conditioner and TV and small fridge (nice to have it in hot summer). Room suit for 2 persons. Thank's !

The lady who owns the hotel is one of a kind. She welcoming, kind and helpful. We asked her for recommendations on where to eat and which parts of the city to visit and she really took the time to explain everything to us in details and recommended great spots ! The hotel is very simple but lovely. It is clean and the bed is comfortable. You would not believe you are in the center of Rome. The location is great and the price is very fair. I would definitely recommend this place.

Good location, staff lovely and helpful. Enjoyed breakfast, was just enough, cappuccino was the best I've had. Felt safe and Aircon was perfect. Memory foam mattress and pillows. Hairdryer was needed. Decor was simple but sufficient

Plug sockets in room were old and damaged. I couldn't use the adapters I brought from home and the one I bought in Rome wouldn't fit properly either. Room and shower was on the small side Was woken up by hammering and drilling from upstairs at 730am the first morning. Not the b and b fault I suppose.

We just loved this location. The lady at the reception has been very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. They accommodated early arrival and also held our bags after check-out. The place is very clean and situated very close to the Vatican, metro station and also within walking distance from very good restaurants and other touristic landmarks. I highly recommend it and will return for sure!

The bathroom was very small but clean and for me that is what matters the most so not really a negative :)

We loved the central location, which was close enough to walk to all the tourist attractions but not located in an extremely busy neighbourhood. We loved how comfortable, clean and spacious the rooms were and the breakfast that was provided every morning was delicious and the perfect start to the day. Carla the host was very accomodating and kind to us throughout our stay. She gave us travel tips and was always there to answer questions when needed.

Very very nice receptionist/owner, gave us a ton of advice and detailed recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, etc. Great location, we only needed to take the metro once (to colosseum), otherwise we walked everywhere. It seemed like a very safe and nice area with great restaurants within a walking distance. The facilities in the room are very decent, not very modern but we didn’t expect that either. Very clean, didn’t find any sign of bedbugs.

The rooms are quite dark and aren't very spacious but it wasn’t a big problem. Very small shower but it was okay.

The hostess was a nice lady who explained everything very clearly in English. The room was very clean albeit a little small. The bathroom was a comfortable size. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Breakfast is in dining room with hot coffee (americano) and pastries. The bnb is located in an apartment complex and the surrounding area feels safe. It is close to the Vatican and only 7 minutes from the airport shuttle bus station. For tourists, this is a convenient location.

The room has thins walls and other guests are not always quiet. One night from the other room we could hear entire conversations late into midnight. Fortunately we have ear plugs.
