As mentioned above, La Casa Di Iulia exceeded our expectations in every sense and has really been our home away from home for this visit to Rome in the best sense possible. Great communication with the hosts, easy access, top-level state of the property/facilities/services, cleanliness and availability for requested additional maintenance, superb location and ideal conditions for rest after long tours in very hot weather have played a significant part in our most memorable birthday trip to Rome. We heartily recommend this property and its hosts, knowing that we shall surely be back (soon).

The room was lovely and the location was great, we preferred staying outside the main city centre, much quieter and really good restaurants within a 10 min walk. They clean it every day:)

It was a little falsely advertised in my opinion, I thought the kitchen was going to be a private kitchen, but really the kitchen is a common area and each room in the apartment is a private accomodation. We weren’t too fussed but it did stop us from having the option to stay in a cook.

The location of the apartment was extremely good. We had easy access to everything we wanted to see. The street was one of the best streets we saw in Rome. The hallway to the apartment was safe and lighted. The instructions given from the renter were very easy to follow and understand.

I think our only issue with the apartment was that we could fully hear our neighbors in the two other apartments, however, considering that we barely stayed in the apartment we didnt mind it. Everything else was great.

The atmosphere and interior design of room was so cool. It was clean, big with two windows. The bathroom was renovated and clean. I really liked this property. It is very close to Vatican and main shopping street. You can walk to all historical places. The location was perfect. Also they allow you to leave your baggage there after check out so I could have more time to explore the city without heavy bags.

Because of the location and car traffic on the streets , nights are noisy and it is not very comfortable for people who can only sleep in silence. I didn’t mind it thanks to other cool features and advantages of the room.

Everything was excellent. The apartment is well located, near The Vatican and St Angelo Castle, there are two metro stations nearby and the neighbourhood is quiet and nice, with all kinds os stores and many restaurants and cafés. The room is excellent, just like in the pictures. Giulia is a very good hostess, always ready to help. We loved staying there and we'll certainly go there again next time we go to Rome.

Conveniently located near the Vatican Museum and St. Peter’s square. Albert & Ohnness were very helpful and responsive. Even proactive as to our arrival ETA. And our checkout. We locked our phone in the room and Ohness came just in time and even called us a cab. So helpful and we are so grateful. Thank you Casa di Iulia!

No, we have no complaints

A good sized, clean, comfortable and well-appointed room for using as a base for visiting Rome. The bathroom was surprisingly big with a lovely large shower. The air con and mini fridge were also very welcome. The apartment is in a great central location for seeing sights - about 15 min walk to the Vatican and then within walking distance of many of the others - we walked around everywhere! Really good value for money.

We were in the 1st room as you enter the set of apartments (no. 1) and unfortunately it was quite disruptive with guests coming and going at all hours and noise from other rooms. A real shame as the room itself was great but perhaps would’ve been different with different guests.

The apartment is very well located. Nice and clean. Iulia is friendly and very nice. She helped me to solve my problem with the highway patrol. She was allways available and replied inmediately. The breakfast was amazing! The room is a lot more spaceous then it looks like on the photos! The bathroom is very nice and very well equipped! And Iulia was even avare of my birthday, and as a gift, we had free breakfast on that day! It was a nice touch, and a very kind approach from her! We would definitely come back!

It is well located if you want to discover the city, but it is the downtown, and as you are in Italy, the traffic and the noise of horns are constant. I guess the bed was high end memory foam stuff, cause I woke up in a small hole every morning. Personaly I am not a fan of this type of bed, but it is a personal reference! Besides this, I had only one issue, thats when the you flush the toilet, it can somehow stuck and slightly but constantly keep flushing itself. You just have to push the button again and it stops. But I guess our neighbours didnt know about this, so one morning I had to explain to them, cause the constant flushing noise would not let me sleep. This was the only negative thing about this accomodation. But it is an amazing price per value!

The location was lovely and room was spacious

The bathroom smelt like a urinal when we arrived so was concerned on cleanliness. Staff messaging on booking app were different to desk with. They asked 4 times what time we were arriving and they still didn’t understand, we’re a bit rude to deal with. However the man who worked there was kind and helpful.

The room was extremely comfortable and kept very clean. The staff is kind and available to fulfill requests. I asked for an early check in time and was accomodated accordingly without issue. Position was excellent, very central and well connected, reasonably close to most tourist sites as well as the olympic stadium (i happened to be in town for a series of concerts during the summer)

The only thing missing in the room was a closet space of some kind to organize clothes.
